Great customer service. I contacted a few plumbers and got some estimates, but I went with Advanced Rooter Plumbing because they were the only ones who responded very quickly, came out right away to do a free estimate, and they did not try to pressure me to hire them right on the spot. Eventhough they charged a bit more than the others, the quality of service was worth it. Very professional. I would use them again.

Although their initial price was the lower o e they were not the lowest. The met the price of another competitor on being quoted. Work was fine - have to wait and see. They also diagnosed another drain line which may fail in a few months. The price was competitive but thought it was excessive for a 15 minute job but I guess all plumbers are expensive.

Real easy to work with. Roberto and his helper couldn't have been more professional and courteous. I felt completely at ease leaving them to their work. Job was clean and met my highest expectation. I have a bigger project to get done and plan to talk to them in the next week or two. Oh yeah they beat every other price.

I was called to inform me that a repairman was on his way and he arrived at the appointed time. He assessed the job and told me what would be needed and the approximate cost. Initially I was charged for full toilet repair but when I contacted the contractor he saw the error and will refund me the difference.

Jorge, the plumber assigned to the job, was pleasant, professional, and was on time. The cost was reasonable, considering the time and effort spent in replacing a very old kitchen faucet. Nice job!

Arrived on time and were knowledgeable. Old tub faucets were dripping and they had to go out to a supply store to find new faucet stems. They fixed the drip, but the only problem is that the new after market stems are very stiff and difficult to turn.

This company does not reveal the cost of the service in advance of an appointment. The plumber tells you a fixed fee when they look at the job and you can accept their quote, negotiate or tell them to leave. My experience reminded me of buying a used car. I was first quoted a high price, and when I asked the plumber to leave, he quoted me a lower price which I accepted - but it was a bit uncomfortable. He promised to fix two items for the price, one big and one small and was unable to fix the small problem, and suggested I go to Home Depot to purchase a part and install it myself.

Replaced toilet, replaced hose bib and inside turnoff and soldered a leaking pipe in basement. Two plumbers were to come on Tuesday, June 3. After several calls and e-mail, promised to come on Thursday, June 5 between 8-10 am. Men arrived at 8:30 am and finished by 10:00 am. Very happy with the work and reasonable pricing. Would recommend and use in future..
