The company was immediately responsive and had a technician out within an hour. Mike Mallory was engaging and completed his work cleanly and swiftly. I'd definitely hire him again!

VERY POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE BUT A LITTLE PRICEY

These folks responded quickly and professionally to our plumbing issue. Problem was fixed the same day. They were a bit pricey.

I had them come look at a leaking shower. Guy came out and took a look at it, then went to the store and bought a replacement cartridge which he then installed. It didn't fix the leak, so he put the original back in and gave me a quote to cut a hole in the shower, replace the entire assembly, and put a plate over the hole to patch it up. $189 for the visit plus a quote of $900 - which was supposedly a discounted rate since I already paid for them to come out with nothing to show for it. Luckily, my uncle asked to took a look at it as he took the whole wall of the shower insert off, replaced the assembly, and fixed a 2nd, unknown leak. He had the wall back on inside 3 hours and I didn't need a plate to cover a huge hole in the shower insert. All in all, I was disappointed in the outcome but I understand it was likely a bigger project than they were expecting. I also feel their rates are a bit expensive, but I'm not sure how other plumbers compare. On the plus side, everyone I spoke to was very professional, polite, and responsive. They had me scheduled quickly on the very first day that worked for me. The guy who did the work seemed knowledgeable about the actual plumbing part. I will probably call them again in the event of an emergency, but will probably look elsewhere for more minor, maintenance type issues like the one I had.

Professionalism at its finest. Received a call within minutes and having an emergency, they sent someone out same day. Having a hard time finding the part needed (the plumber went to 5 local places unbeknownst to us) he promised to be back first thing in AM with proper part that he would find in CT. I cannot recommend them enough for the speedy, and excellent work.

They stand behind their work and quickly corrected a mistake made by the employee that did the project.

Lydia was a god sent. Henry the technician was amazing as well. they treat you like you are part of their family. they took the stress away for the major project I had on my gas line. I can't say enough for what the whole team at Advanced Rooter Plumbing had done for me and my family.

They called within minutes of my posting on Home Advisor. Sent someone that afternoon even though it was Saturday, gave a reasonable price and asked if I needed repair made immediately because he had an emergency to handle some miles away but would return in a few hours. Office called to say his emergency was taking longer than planned but he would return on Sunday. He did late Sunday morning and made repair.

Responded immediately to my homeadvisor inquiry. Was told originally when I was contacted at 8am that someone would be out to fix a leaking basement water pipe before noon. But at 11:30 was informed plumber was running into issues at current job and would arrive by 1:30. Plumber (Jorge) arrived at 1:30 and resolved original leak and he then uncovered 2 other pin leaks in the wall on the floor above. He quickly diagnosed where the issue was and resolved the problem. Jorge was courteous and cleaned up the job. A real pro. Other than initial timeframe snafu all went well
