Paid $93 for them to go look for a part. They found the wrong part, twice. (the second time they had a week to look for it). Never did any work on my pipe. I have ordered from Ebay, what I think is the right part. I will give them a chance to do the work because of my down-payment.

They came promptly but needed to return with additional equipment to complete the job. Overall, a good experience. I thought the cost was a bit high considering no actual repair was necessary (roots clogging sewer line), but certainly not unreasonable.
