Description of Work: They took down a tree near the house. We did not discuss the cost of other services although it would have been helpful to discuss other services.

Description of Work: Luna Tree Service cut down a large spruce in the back yard. Although I could not be home to watch the removal, everything went well and they left the area neat. It was a professional job from start to finish and they are a responsive company that cares about customer satisfaction. I would use them again, and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Luna limbed up five trees and carted off all branches and limbs and completely cleaned up afterwards. Three of the trees were oaks with a lot of dead and diseased branches. They also took away the trunk of a tree that another tree service failed to cart away. My place looks a lot neater now and I'm not afraid of the oak tree crashing onto my roof or the other oak interfering with my hemlocks. I had used another tree service earlier in the year and the contrast between Luna and them was enormous. Luna was completely professional. Their work was exceptional. They responded to my request within a day of my call. They scheduled an appointment and arrived as agreed upon. They gave me advice as to my best options and a written quote. The work was scheduled and completed the next week. There was absolutely no debris left after the work. Luna Tree Care exceeded my expectations. I could not have been happier.
