Eduardo and Liz were great. The work was done the week after I contacted them. It was done very efficiently and the yard was left neat and clean. Very professional.

An Angie's special of $99 for $300 of tree work introduced me to Luna. Liz and company did an excellent and extremely professional job. I didn't even have to meet with them face to face. They did exactly what I directed. Very good communication skills and response time.

Keith from Luna Tree Care was very responsive to my request for a quote and they offered the best price by far! They were professional and did a terrific job.

Liz came out and we discussed what I wanted to get done, she was obviously very knowledgable and gave suggestions on what did, and did not, need to be done. The price quoted was very reasonable and Liz said they would be out in about 2 weeks but they actually came a little earlier. The work was done today, it looks great and the cleanup was exceptional, everyone was friendly and polite and I am very happy with it. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

Liz, Eduardo and their crew were amazing. The huge tree was partially hanging over our house and could not be reached with most buckets. The Luna crew has expert tree climbers - something that many tree services will not do. Removal was very efficient. No branches came near the house. They left some wood that I can split for firewood, took away the huge pieces and chipped the small branches. Cleaned up everything and were gone in about 5 hours. Liz is an arborist and a landscape architect, and I'll be calling her the next time I need tree service.

Liz Pang (Luna Tree Care owner) came to discuss the removal of nine large, white pine trees that flanked one side of our property. She came to us on the very day we contacted her. We liked Liz immediately! She was very forthcoming and answered questions to our complete satisfaction. She made some very astute observations concerning the project, and suggested that we contact the State and Eversource regarding two diseased trees that were adjacent to, but not on, our property. She suggested that those trees be removed for safety and we followed through on her recommendation. Liz sent us a proposal for the work in a timely manner and both my husband and I felt her pricing was reasonable and fair. We scheduled the work. The tree removal was started at the time promised. It was common for Liz to stop by nearly every day to check the site and the work progress. Lines of communication were always open and the work was completed with speed and expertise. I marveled at the fact that although it was a considerable job, the Luna team left our property looking as neat as possible when they stopped work every evening. When the need arose to bring a front-loader onto the property to move felled tree trunks, I was alerted of the plan and permission was asked to bring the heavy equipment onto our property. When the job was finished, the Luna workers raked the area, swept, and used a blower to remove as much debris as possible from our yard. Both my husband and I are thrilled to have found Luna Tree Care and will not hesitate to seek them out for our future tree care, tree trimming, or tree removal projects. Thanks, Liz!

Liz came to our home after this long winter accessed our needs and we agreed it would be removed in July. The degree of professionalism form this company is AAA+.

Liz and her crew went above and beyond! Liz is very knowledgeable and I really enjoyed discussing my trees and yard with her; she taught me a lot about how to care for my trees, shrubs and lawn so that they will be beautiful and healthy. She also discussed future yard projects and tree-work that I may consider down the road, in the nature of overall landscaping. She responded promptly and professionally to all of my communications. Her crew worked quickly, neatly and skillfully (and my kids really enjoyed watching them scale the trees!) and they were courteous and professional, as well. Also, the price she originally quoted me for the work was the price she gave me after the project was completed. I would definitely use them for my tree work and landscaping in the future.

Estimate was actual cost. Arrived on time. Owner kept us informed, very pleasant to work with.

The crew arrived promptly and rigged safety lines and proceeded to trim off all the limbs that were a problem. Liz explained what cuts would be made, where and why. Consideration was given to the health of the tree being trimmed. Within a very short time the tree was trimmed and the yard was spotless. Trees and owner very happy. Luna Tree Care also does landscaping. I highly recommend this company and would hire them again.

Liz and her team are the absolute best. They truly, truly care about the work they do and that the client is happy at every stage. She is very reachable at all times (text, email, and phone) and they did a lot of little things that went above and beyond like coming back multiple times to check on things/give advice/drop off extra seed; bringing their own pallets for me to stack all of the wood they cut for me and left perfectly placed to season for the future; repairing and re-seeding areas where trucks and other machinery had to go in/out; offering design suggestions that were not planned for (and not charging for additional small work like a few branches extra here and there). I would definitely use them again and I recommend Luna Tree care without reservation! I put in a very approximate price here. I do not think it is fair to the company or to me to list the actual, final price. I think we got a great deal but there are a lot of variables for Liz to consider in a quote. I found her to be totally reasonable and willing to figure out how to get you what you want within your budget. Her crew is polite and courteous (and a ton of fun to watch work).

We contacted Luna Tree Care to cut down some trees. They also did my lawn.

I went with another, but it was close in price.

they were very quick and fast to respond even when I called them a day before the storm started (I got a quote about two weeks before), they were pretty professional, they were not extremely thorough with the trims, they could have cleaned up the trees a bit more, but they did the job ok, they cleaned up after them, didnt leave any debree behind, they were super fast and pretty cheap, I got quotes that were 3 times more.
