Description of Work: Jenny promptly returned my call and was able to provide service within a few days. They arrived on time with all their own cleaning supplies. I was very happy with the results!

Description of Work: My house hasn't been so clean in years. Jenny and her helper were on time and very efficient in their cleaning. The did an amazing job on the appliances. My old toaster and Coffee machines looked brand new. The mini blinds were left spotless. The whole house was sparkling and had a very clean fresh smell. There was no odor of cleaning supplies. I will definitely use Jennys services again and highly recommend her to all without reservation!

Description of Work: They did everything - damp mopped my wood floors to a beautiful shine, cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms so they gleamed (no streaks on the mirrors) and even got on a ladder to take clean the cobwebs from our cathedral ceiling in our family room as well as the ceiling fan that I can't reach! Jenny and the one other person she had with her cleaned everything, even my toaster and coffee pot that both looked almost new when they were done! I never had anyone else clean my house before and I have to admit that I was very, very happy with the job they did. I will definitely hire Jenny,s Cleaning Service again. I now know that I can get a super clean house without the exhaustion that usually comes with it and I can enjoy the results and invite people over with much less stress. Should have done this a long time ago. Jenny's Cleaning Service had top reviews on Angie's list and that is what gave me the piece of mind to actually hire a cleaning service. Before seeing the reviews on Angie's list, I was not comfortable with having strangers in my home. I decided to meet with Jenny at get an estimate. That did it - she was wonderful. Just one more thing, I know that some people that have a cleaning service actually do some cleaning in their house beforehand. I didn't, I left things as they were. All I had to do was clear off extraneous items off the tables beforehand and that was it. I worked from home in my bedroom while they cleaned, came out to a beautifully clean house and wrote a check. Why did I ever wait so long to do this! I highly recommend Jenny's Cleaning Service.

Description of Work: They showed up an hour late to quote our weekly cleaning job. Tried to call them and was given the runaround about where and when the team was. I asked them to leave before entering the house.

Description of Work: We contacted Jenny because of the Angie's list ratings for her company's services. She and her team performed an initial cleaning for $600. Similar to other comments, initially we thought that was a little much UNTIL we saw how much better everything was after they were done. The current price for biweekly cleaning is right in the ball park but we get a great deal of value for that.: 3 workers who clean the house (2500 sq feet) including 3 full bathrooms in about 2 hours. When deciding to hire, Jenny came to our house, provided references, and answered all of our questions. She is very professional and timely and we are very happy with her work. She is also easy to contact and gets right back to you when dealing with schedule issues or questions. In addition, she is a genuinely nice person. I would highly recommend her to everyone.
