I was happy to find someone local to clean my house. Jenny came to see and assess my home and understood that my husband was diagnosed with cancer and I needed help. she gave me a price of $75 an hour and said it would be 3 hours, or $225 every other week. she never ever showed up with the same people. She chose the times and dates. I had to supply all cleaning supplies. She rudely said to me, "the other houses I clean are pristine". what does that mean? I put everything away and the house is normal wear and tear... nothing crazy. They do not have to clean up toys, books, papers ...none of that. She got into a groove with us and then said she needed 30% more money! $100 an hour! completely unprofessional and rude for VERY sub par cleaning. Time to move on and find true professionals who know how to clean

Excellent start to finish

Jenny was very good. She worked with another woman who, we felt, was too rough on our house and didn't follow instructions very well. There was a bit of a language problem with the Jenny's helper. We were clear up front what cleaning products we wanted used and we were given a hard time about what was furnished.

She was very prompt. I sent her an email through Angie?s List and she was very prompt at getting back to me. We made a date to get together, but that was alright because I?m not going anywhere. She came, walked through the whole house, checked everything and told me what she thought. The way we left it was, we didn?t make a date to do the job because I wasn?t ready yet, I still had men working here. I said, ?when we are done with that, then I will know better, what I have to do!? She told me what she charged an hour for 2 people, but she couldn?t give me like a dollar amount. She said, to do this whole project, it?s going to be $1,000, she couldn?t do that, because she said it really depends on what they run into. She did check like the walls and the blinds thoroughly and she said, ?I have no grief!? She is very thorough. She told me she charges $85 an hour for two people So, that?s the way we left it. We were going to leave it till I could get my next doctor?s appointment to see where I am with this arm and these guys get out of here. Which should be shortly. I would say at that point she was excellent, because at least she did get back to me. What I live in is an older 2-family house, but we live in it as a one family. Like our bedroom is upstairs and our kitchen is in downstairs apartment, so it is pretty big. I was hoping she could give me a really rough idea of what the whole job might cost because I sent so much money on all this other stuff. This construction and remodeling. So, I need to know can I really afford this or when can I really afford it or can we do it in pieces. She did say we could do it in pieces. The first floor is a lot easier than the second floor, which is where a lot of the construction is right now and that kind of thing. She didn?t give me any dollar figure and that?s the way we left it. I haven?t heard from her, but I told her I would call her. I have never really had anybody clean my house from the outside, so I have no idea what-so-ever what something like this would cost. Another thing is when I talked to her, I was a lot worse off than I am today, because I am already in therapy and feeling better overall. When you are feeling better, I am actually using my right hand so it doesn?t seem like such a bad thing, like it did the day she came. I thought I was dying here. I don?t know yet exactly what I?m going to do and how I?m going to do it. Right now, I am just waiting for them to finish, because there is no since in doing anything until they are gone. These construction people. All she did was gave me a price per hour and that would be for 2 people because they work in pairs. The only other thing she said was that this was going to be a lot of hours, so that?s it. Maybe by the time I get to do something, maybe I won?t need her to do everything I thought in the beginning because I feel better. When you feel better, everything doesn?t look as frightening as when you feel really lousy. If I have to have someone, I definitely consider her. We talked about what kind of cleaning products she uses. I have new bathrooms, new granite countertops and things like that. We are leery about not using the wrong cleaning products on them, especially where I have never had this before, granite and things like that. Every question that I asked her, she really knew the answer right away and assured me. She even said to me when she was leaving ?I know to you this looks really bad, but to me I see much worse.? She was very friendly. When I need to hire somebody to do this, I would definitely call her first. I didn?t think the price per hour for 2 people was bad, because people have to earn a living. The reason I called her and I didn?t call anybody else was because of the review that she had prior, people had talked about her doing a whole house cleaning. That is what I was looking for. I wasn?t looking for these people that come in once a week and do your basic stuff. This is way more than that, you have got to really clean this place from top to bottom because there is stuff all over. She had reviews about people having her clean when they were leaving an apartment and cleaning when they were moving into someplace. She had good reviews, so I thought this is the kind of person I need. That is what attracted me. She was very thorough, she walked in every single room, she touched every wall, she looked at every window treatment. She didn?t like stand and looked out and say, ?oh yea!? She went around to all the windows, into the bathrooms and that kind of thing. She was a little late coming because she had a problem. It was just this one time she came here. She was very professional.

Jenny was able to fit me in at the last minute. We were moving into a new home that needed a lot of work, and the team did a great job! The two people that cleaned covered a lot in just under 6 hours.

They came on time. They were veryprofessional and they got right to work. In the end the place was awesome. It smelled great and I was confident that it was done to my satisfaction. In addition, I needed some help with putting up my curtains and Jen helped me with that as well. They are wonderful and I am planning to use their services for many years to come. Thank you Jen!!!

Jenny and her team were amazing! . Very prompt telephone response to my email initial inquiry. Jenny personally came out the very next day (Friday) to take a look at the condo and complete an estimate for the amount of work I wanted to be done. Cleaning appointment was scheduled for the very next business day (Monday). Jenny was very professional in her assessment of my home; she was not judgmental. Jenny and her team were very punctual and efficient. They came exactly the time she said they would! They brought all of their cleaning supplies and vacuum. Since I had requested a deep cleaning, there were 3 team members. They arrived at 8 am - quickly divided up responsibilities and sections of the condo. Jenny briefed them on my specific instructions for some items and areas for cleaning. They started and never stopped the entire time they were there! Dusting and cleaning of all shelves and kitchen counters - with removal and cleaning of the objects on theses surfaces. Thorough vacuuming of the furniture and carpeting; full bathroom cleaning. They dusted walls and washed them. They shined the wood floors. My kitchen counters sparkle- actually my whole house sparkles and smells terrific. They even did little efficient things for organization on my counters, that I never thought of! I have made an appointment for a regular cleaning for next week. (My friend also commented on the great job and plans to hire them herself for a deep clean and other cleaning.) Conclusion: Excellent service; Jenny listened carefully to what I wanted to be done as well as doing her own professional assessment- no surprises or extra costs. Very good value for the thoroughness of the work they did and the fact it was a 3 person team.

Jenny came and toured the house and gave me the price. She was very specific about what would be included (just about everything except inside of fridge and oven). Two days later she came with a helper and they did an excellent job.

We were in the midst of a move from CT to AZ and wanted our house spotless before we placed it on the market. I called Jenny's Cleaning and she came out (very promptly) and gave us a quote. We asked her if she coud come out the day after the movers had loaded our stuff so the house would be emplty. That was the original plan but the moving company messed up and didn't arrive on the day they were supposed to. I called Jenny immediately to see if we culd reschedule one day out (that was the last time we would be around before going to AZ). Jenny did all she could to accommodate us but was not able to do that day. So we came up with her coming on the day we had planned on and hopefully the movers would be almost done with their piece when Jenny came out. Unfortunately the movers were still there and stuff was everywhere. Jenny took it all in stride and just cleaned around them. Jenny and her co-worker did all that I asked for and then some. VERY PLEASED with Jenny's professionalism, work eithic and promptness. I would definitely recmmend her!

She charges on an hourly basis. That depends on what she does. There is no separate fee. She is just a very good cleaner. I think the level of her cleaning is very thorough and very good. She is not cheap, but she will do any cleaning services you want her to do.

My wife had a severe injury when hit as a pedestrian in a grocery store parking lot. Many months of hospitalization and physical therapy followed. She couldn't physically do a lot of household tasks without pain and difficulty. When Spring cleaning time came, we decided to use Angie's list to look for assistance. Jenny was highly rated and very professional on the bidding and interview process. She gave us an attractive price for a complete Spring cleaning. Jenny and her staff did an amazingly complete and though job. Top notch! Since then we have Jenny do a light cleaning twice a month. She is reliable, timely and always on time.We are totally satisfied with Jenny's service and expect to plan a full Fall cleaning. We have peace of mind with her service and my with truly enjoys Jenny's assistance which I think improves my wife's total quality of life. We sincerely recommend Jenny's business. She is a real find!

I was put off by how they were selling their services and how they positioned themselves. My impression, and I was candid with the person I spoke with, was that they were coming across as arrogant and not interested in my business. Perhaps this it was a one off situation, but I was really surprised with how this person lost sight of the fact that I was the customer and that they should be selling me on their services as opposed to causing me to look elsewhere.

Jenny and her husband both came to our house one evening to give us an estimate. Our house was terribly messy and cluttered since we hadn't had the time to clean up after our 3-year old before the visit, but that didn't phase anybody but ourselves. Besides, if you think about it, a messy house shouldn't bother a cleaning service since the messy house is the very reason why the cleaning service is being considered in the first place. Then, once we decided to go ahead and hire Jenny's Cleaning Service, Jenny and 2 other people came on a Friday to spend all day cleaning the house. When my wife and I returned, we could not believe how clean the house looked. And Jenny told us that this was only a start when she asked how we liked the house. After subsequent cleanings, the house looks like it did when we first bought it almost 4 years ago. No more dust collecting on the base boards and in the corners. And Jenny even works around boxes and the stray toy here or there, often artfully re-arranging the clutter that we might not have had time to tidy before the cleanings.

Jenny was supposed to arrive on Friday but forgot. When I called her she was apologetic and immediately scheduled to come the following morning and showed up with one other person. She origionally said she would come with 3 people total. The family room and kitchen were great. The living room still had cobwebbs on some window sills and 2 sills she forgot to dust. The closet in the office was still very dusty. I wanted the widows cleaned and she was adamant we did not discuss that. I felt like she ran out of steam at the end or had somewhere else to be. I did have a 10% off coupon that she did honor from angie's list. I would hire her again but would check all the rooms before she left and make sure both our expectations were the same.

The price was good. I've never used a cleaning service before, so I don't know what to compare it to. They did a good job and were very thorough. She was really professional and arrived early, which was great.

The day that Jenny came to estimate the cost of routine cleaning my house was really neglected. We agreed that a one time super cleaning was needed. She came with three assistants and they cleaned like mad all day. $400. Then she came once every two weeks, ( and still does.) with one assistant and they work intently for three hours and when they leave the house is CLEAN!

I'm satisfied with the price. They provide good service. I did some research to find this company. It is a husband and wife company. They both came to my house. The wife does the cleaning. I like them a lot.
