Couldn't be more pleased. Marc and I first spoke earlier in the summer when I was gathering quotes. He came over for an estimate within a day of my phone call and explained to me the install process and the features of the windows he recommended for the project, as well as built what turned out to be a very fair quote. A few weeks later, Marc called to ask if I planned to move forward and offered to answer any questions - I was glad he did as I had gotten sidetracked in a busy summer. We booked the job and about 4 weeks later his install team completed the project in a single day. They were fast, courteous, and performed high quality work. They also left my home spotless which I really appreciated. Highly recommend Marc and Highland Window Company.

Mark and the highland team did a great job on my house. We went with Harvey Classic windows and Certainteed Monogram siding, pricing was better than competing firms. Mark suggested upgrading the front fascia boards with Azek PVC boards, which gave the final result a really clean look. This was a big job, and took about 3.5 weeks to complete. His team was on-site every day until the job was complete, and Mark did not expect final payment until we jointly walked around the property and that everything met my approval. Mark went out of his way to make sure that everything was perfect. We are very happy with the results and we recommend Highland Windows.

It went fantastic. The work was done very professional with every attention to detail. Any and all, even small issues were taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend Highland Windows to anyone in need of an awesome siding job. Our home looks brand new !!!!!!!!

I can't say enough good things about Marc and company at Highland Window. We collected five estimates on a complete siding replacement (remove old wood siding, replace with new vinyl, and new gutters/shutters/etc.) for our 1949 cape cod house. The estimate process was straightforward, honest, and no-nonsense, and the price of the work was exactly as quoted -- no cost overruns despite the usual small surprises -- and competitive with our other estimates. All work was completed over the course of 6-7 days and began within a few weeks of signing the contract -- well before the advertised time frame. The work crew was industrious (even worked Saturday and Sunday to make up for a run of bad weather) and respectful. The property was nicely cleaned when all work was done. I will absolutely call Highland again if the house needs any further exterior work.

Quite perfectly. Mark the owner called to confirm our appointment, checked on us early in the morning of the install to make sure materials were delivered and our rooms were prepped for the work. Installers arrived promptly, were efficient, very hard working, polite and professional. Work completed to our complete satisfaction and completed in the timeframe given to us. They cleaned up beautifully and walked through with us to make sure we were happy with their work.

Owner was very responsive and came out to give quote, came back with installer to get measurements and go over details for a trickier window, and came out to check in on the day of job to make sure everything was going well. Installers were quick and did a great job. On the trickier window installer came out a second day to make sure it was done right and looked good.

Our experience with Marc Cowan and all of crew was outstanding! Marc was either here on site or responded quickly by text to any question or concern. His crew was efficient and clean, helped with design questions, and communicated every day's progress and what was to come next. Very well. Marc responded quickly each time we contacted him. His crew did a great job making the windows fit where the slider was both inside and outside. It was a big job and it looks fabulous.

Fast forward to a few months ago, we have had to completely rehab the interior of the home after the tenant caused significant damage including damage to 4 of the sashes in the new windows. I called Highland Windows thinking I could buy some replacements. Upon calling and leaving a message, Marc promptly and personally returned my call, reminded me the windows were guaranteed, asked for some serial numbers from the damaged windows, and within a few weeks had replacement sashes on my door step, No Hassles and No Questions Asked !!! Just good customer service. Highland Windows has been the bright spot in the entire rehab. I can't say enough about my positive experience with Highland Windows.

Marc is a pleasure to work with. He is very professional, knowledgeable and has good energy. We had a picture window, two small windows and a specialty arch window installed. Marc's installers showed up on time and did a terrific job! The arch window was a custom job and had a level of difficulty to it and his guys installed it with precision and care! It was a very pleasant experience working with Marc, not to mention that our house had an amazing makeover. Marc has 1 crew for the window and 1 crew for the siding. The window crew is very skillful. Besides the replacement, they raised one of the windows to be above the roof line and narrowed down another one, just the way we wanted. They covered all my furniture with film and vacuumed the house after the job was done. Though there are not many reviews on the siding yet, we are so impressed by Marc's siding crew. They are a group of people with strong work ethic who are very experienced and artistic. Side by side, corner by corner, until the masterpiece was done, They worked through holiday, weekend besides long hours everyday. As the business owner, we saw integrity in Marc from the first day we met. He offers double lifetime warranty against material and workmanship. We could tell his business would thrive in the years to come.

The work was done in a very professional manner. They came as promised and took 1 day to finish installing 10 replacement windows. The men were very efficient, cleaned up, were very pleasant, and did an very nice job. The windows look great and the price was very competitive. Marc Cowan was accommodating and punctual. The owner of the company-Mark was awesome! Very professional. He did not try to pressure or give us a sales pitch. He was prompt to the appointment and very quick to respond to calls. He explained the whole process and kept in touch with us. He even did some custom work for us as well. We thought he offered a great price for replacing all the windows. The workers that came to the house were okay. Basically came to do the job and leave. The only thing is I wish the guys communicated more for instance they could have told us they were working upstairs first then downstairs. They also had to leave to buy a few things at Home Depot and just told us they were leaving for a bit. Also, they cleaned up after themselves but left a few things behind. Other than that they completed a difficult job in 2 days and the outcome is beautiful! Also, Mark came out to make sure we were satisfied with the job. We would recommend them to people looking for window jobs done!

Marc and his team were incredibly professional and a true pleasure to work with. We start the conversation with Marc in 2015 and made the decision in 206 to proceed with this large project. Marc's staff are professional, very tidy and very courteous. The team was here for about 1.5 weeks and they were true craftsman. We cannot believe how incredible our home looks. I would recommend Marc and Highland Windows 100%. He is one of the best around. We went from a shabby, old 1823 home with old siding to a stunningly beautiful historic home with beautiful trim, windows and siding. We couldn't be more happy with the experience and the final product.

We live in a 1950's home with old metal sliders and aluminum siding. Few people wanted to replace our windows and deal with the current state of our windows and the problems they could pose. Mark came out and was pleasant and gave us an estimate that included the replacement of 5 windows (3 of them very large) and explained what he and his crew would have to do to make it more energy efficient and more aesthetically pleasing. He explained the quality of the windows and the process in detail that made it easy to understand. He gave us the choice of two different window styles and let us choose with great explanation for both. He gave us a timeline and was true to the timeline. The installation took one day too! The installation crew was polite, clean, pleasant and enjoyable to be around. They were kind and went out of their way to make an effort to our 2 year old twins feel comfortable with them around the house and with windows missing in their home! :) They worked hard and cleaned up after themselves keeping areas they were working on neat and tidy. They stayed as late as they needed to get the job done that day even through the rain! Working with Mark was fabulous- he called to check in the day before to let us know the windows would be delivered, stopped by the day of the install, and then called shortly after the job was completed to be sure that we were happy. This is a first class company to work with- enjoyable and professional from start to finish. They offer a lifetime warranty on workmanship and the windows. We highly recommend them. We did a LOT of research and are more than happy with what we chose! Thank you so much! Our house is brighter now too!

Marc Cowan at Highland Window was our first contact. The day I put my request through I received a call back from him, while he was on vacation! He set up time to meet with me the following week and we received our official quote that same evening via email. The crew that Marc uses for the various phases of the project were extremely prompt, professional and courteous. In fact, I hired one of the crew members that also does remodeling to finish our basement! Marc was very connected to the entire process and made sure I was happy with all the work performed. There were a couple of things that needed to be adjusted and the guys were back out to my house within 24 hours. As a matter of fact, due to some bad planning on my part, I needed to ask that Highland Window come back out to undo some of the siding so I could finish up another project I was doing., they happily agreed and didn't charge for the extra effort. I can't say enough how impressed and happy we are that we decided to hire Highland Window Company. They are worth their weight in gold.

Our house was built in 1923 and all the windows are old, mismatched double-hung windows in custom sizes. Marc took measurements of every window (23) and provided a per window estimate after presenting us with a couple of different options for the replacement windows. At the time, we were only able to repalcement 5 of the windows. Marc has worked with the same crew for several years. The two gentlemen that performed the work were very thorough & cleaned up the work areas well. When questions came up, they communicated with us and with Marc to make sure all ran smoothly. I love the look of the new windows and look forward to working with them again to replace more of the drafty old windows.

The team was careful to protect furniture, floor and walls. Completed in one day. The result is outstanding. We are very happy. I received 2 other bids for this job. One never returned after 2 visits. Highland was lowest in price and highest in the quality of the replacement windows. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.
