Marc was a professional salesman who obviously cared about the quality of the work performed on our home. The sales experience was comfortable. The installation was quick, easy and seamless. Marc stopped by twice on the day of installation to make sure everything was going well and that the house was spotless by the time the workers finished up. This was our second time using the company and we intend to use them again to complete our window installation.

The job went very well and we are extremely happy with the results. The workers were on time and very cordial. They addressed any and all of my concerns in a timely manner. They also completed the job very quickly. If it had not been for a few days of thunderstorms they would have been done in only 5-7 days. The total completion of the job took about 10 days which was what they promised. The clean up went well. They mistakenly left a piece of trash on the roof but after the final walk through they had a guy come out the next day to remove the trash as put up the shutters.

Called for quote and sales professional came out to give quote for new slider. Salesman was professional, complete and helpful. When I decided to call for quote, I was told I would be called back that day to schedule order. When I did not hear back I called back and owner apologized, scheduled service and took $50. off for my trouble. Door was received and installer appeared on time. He covered the area, was pleasant and I was happy with the new door. There was only 1 installer and it took him over 6 hours to install the door. I was told it would take a couple of hours. It was a good thing I was able to stay the whole day. I wish I knew it was going to take the whole day. I also was not told that this was a "lead" project - and that any precautions needed to be taken. The installer suited up for lead protection, however myself and dog were in the area the whole day. No one indicated that any lead precautions needed to be taken not what they are. I love the door and look forward to many years of use. I would use this company again, but would ask more questions about the installation - length of time and any precautions.

The owner of the company came out first to review the types of windows, costs, etc. Once I decided to go with them, he took all of the measurements and placed the order. I believe that it took about 2 weeks for the replacement windows to come in. Once we scheduled an install date, the crew arrived on time and quickly set about their work. They were very friendly and professional. They did the entire job in about 5 hours. The owner did check in on the job to see how things were going about half-way through. I've had the windows in for about 2 years now, and I have no complaints. The windows are great, they have cut down the amount of noise (I live on a busy street) as well as the amount of cold air entering the house in winter. I would definitely recommend Highland. Their prices and quality beat Home Depot and every other place I looked at.

I was given an estimate which was slightly higher than a second estimate from another company, but the one from Highland Windows included new gutters, which the second did not. I was shown a sample of the siding as well. After signing the contract, the company representative came for a second look and told me someone else would be stopping by to determine the materials to be ordered. At that time, he told me that they would have to take the exterior light fixture down but would rehang it. I asked if they would hang a new one instead, and he said they would be happy to do that, which is what happened. At every step, I was called by the office to tell me who would be coming at what time, and people showed up at the designated times. I was called and told the supplies would be delivered and left in my driveway, and they were. I was told when the installers would arrive, and they did. The wor was completed professionally and courteously. The next morning the gutters were installed, once again on time and professionally. I would hire them again without a second thought

I called Highland Windows at 7am expecting to leave a voice message but was amazed when my call was answered. I spoke with Mark from Highland and was was able to arrange an appointment for that evening. Mark arrived on time and did an outstanding job presenting Replacement Window options and costs. We have not made a decision yet, but overall the quotation process was a extremely positive experience.

From our first meeting with Rich, the salesman, we felt comfortable with Highland. This was the 3rd window company we had interviews with and it seemed we had saved the best for last. Rich was so easy to deal with - no pressure, and the windows were the least expensive and seemed comparable if not better than the others that we were shown. Also dealing with Marc, the owner and Monica who coordinated everything was also a pleasure. The installation crew was here on time and worked hard all the time they were here. And my mom was delighted with how well they cleaned up after themselves after each of the 3 day's work. We were very pleased with everyone we dealt with. Now the house seems warmer and it is definitely quieter, with much less traffic noise from the busy street we live on. My dad is so pleased about that, that he points it out to anyone who stops by. My mom is thrilled with the tilt in feature of the windows. Besides being very pleased with the product, we were pleased with everyone we dealt with at Highland Windows and would recommend them highly.

Overall it went fantastic. Workers worked right though lunch and were wonderful! I would hire them to do any work around my house.

Marc came to the house with a sample of the window he recommends, and was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. The product was an excellent quality, and he brought me literature and reviews of this window. The installation crew was very pleasant and efficient, and they showed up promptly. They did a very professional job and cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed. Marc came back to check on their progress during the day, and made sure that I was satisfied with their work. Everything, including the windows themselves, has a lifetime warranty, even if the windows get broken by accident. Overall, dealing with Marc was a pleasure, and I would absolutely recommend Highland Windows to anybody looking for replacement windows.

The owner came out. He was very good. He did not try to sell anything. He just gave me the information. He gave me the best price he had. His price was half the price we got from other providers. I am going to use him again in Spring.

They were just too expensive. They were professional, just too expensive.

The major reason we did not use them was that somebody else came up lower. It was all good. They were there, and they were very professional.

I recommend them very highly. Of the 3 companies we interviewed, Marc from Highland Windows was the most professional, honest and easy going. The others put a lot of pressure on us to sign the contract. Our new sliding windows look great, work perfectly, and are nice and warm, just as they promised. Installation was fast and very professional, the workers were pleasant and went above and beyond in working carefully in our older house and cleaning up 100%. Our previous, old drafty, clouded windows are gone and we will not miss having to crank them open and closed each evening and morning.

Highland Windows installed new windows at our home in Waterbury on Oct 2, 2012. They arrived on time, and completed the installation that day. Their installers were very courteous and efficient. Dealing with Highland windows was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend them.

Work was done exactly as described. Quality is very good and MADE IN THE USA! At the end of the job, there were small details to fix and they were completed immediately when reported. Sales Rep went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. If you are looking for siding, I would definitely call them. Others I spoke with, I felt like I was dealing with "snake-oil salesmen". But from the sales rep taking our order to the owner coming to do the final inspection, Highland is a first class operation. Thank you!!

From beginning to end of the project his company was a fantasitic to work with. The owner Marc came out to quote the job and arrived early for all the appointments. He reviewed all the product information thouroughly with us, and how the work would proceed once we made a decision. After hearing several other quotes, and dealing with salesmen I appreciated Marc's customer service and value the most. When the workers arrived they expected the project to span into the next day, but when 5 o'clock came they asked if it was alright to continue the work that night until the job was complete. I watched as they were reviewed each removal and installation, and on a few windows frames after installing they actaully removed and redid the work since they did not find it satisfactory. Even up to the moment they left they were cleaning which was actual cleaner than when they arrived, and touching up caulk. I took a few minutes to talk with workers when they arrived and when they left, all of whom are in love with the product and the company the represent. They were all very professional and always smiling, even at the end of the day. I have already recommended their services to five of my friends.

The company was extremely professional right from the first encounter with business owner Mark. The installers were professional, very courteous, and very careful with our house. The lead installer (Junior) was amazing--our house is older and has a lot of not-so-good previous workmanship that caused window installation issues, but Junior had on-the-spot ideas for resolution of the issues. He did the fixes, and the windows and patio doors were able to be installed well, on time and as quoted. We were particularly pleased with the courteousness of the workers. We will definitely use Highland Windows for the remainder of our windows.

The price quoted by Highland Window Company LLC was good but their products did not match with our needs so we did not use them.

They showed up on time for the estimate and explained all aspects of the work. Called to confirm an installation date after the ordered slider came in. Showed up again on time and had to spend some extra time (a few hours on a 2nd day) to complete the job because some rotted framing needed to be replaced. No extra charges. Second job was to install a single pane window which also had some bad framing causing some extra time. Again, no extra charges. They did such a good job cleaning up after both projects that you could not tell they were here. Got follow-up calls from the owner to make sure I was happy with the work and the workers.

The guy from Highland Window Company was very nice. I canceled a lot of appointments with him and he still came to installed my windows. I had a great experience with him.

They did a good job! They left the place entirely clean. And they gave us a very good price. The quality of the windows are nice. The windows are energy efficient and they were delivered in a good amount of time. Just a very satisfying experience I had with them.

They did a great job. Mark followed up and came out every day of all the three days that it took to do the job. The men who did the job were incredibly polite and clean. I have never had windows done before so Mark explained the process really well. He explained the windows. We shopped a bunch of other places but he was the only one who took the time to make sure that I understood what he was talking about. It certainly wasn’t the best price but it was the presentation that made me go with them.
