Description of Work: Came out to give me a bid. Wasted my time because apparently didn't want the job. He never gave a bid and didn't bother to tell me he wasn't interested. I waited for a week to receive the bid and then called again to ask when it would be sent. Never got an answer. If you're not interested.... JUST SAY SO!
