I attemptes to contact them. Left 2 messages and sent an email. They never responded.

They came with full crew did all the work in one day. They did a fabulous job of cleaning up at the end of the day. Very satisfied with the work they did.

Made appointment and never showed up. Called and never called back.

They have been excellent and they stand behind their work. They are very responsive to phone calls in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them as well.

Waited 3 days for them to call. Called them on Wednesday and woman took information and would check whether they could do it. On Saturday a man showed up to check out the work that needed to be done. Said they would get back to me. I called the following Thursday and asked for next step. Woman said she would check and call. Ten days later - still no call. Area still leaking.

They never came back with estimate feel like they just blew us off ....

Mr Dennison went to my mother's house and provided a quote in 24 hrs. He talked to me on the phone, and her in person, about what was involved and gave her a good sense of comfort and confidence. His quote was competitive so she hired him. He brought her shingle samples and they scheduled the work right away. As promised, he was done with the entire project in 2 days. My mother said his guys were "always moving" very hardworking and focussed. Mr Dennison was kind and clear working with her. HIGHLY recommend!

I contacted Denison & Sons based on Angie's List recommendation. Mr. Denison prepared a detailed estimate of the work to be done including a starting and ending date. Two excellent craftsman Richie and John were at my home everyday that weather permitted. They conducted themselves as professionals at all times and were open to answering by inquiries. Each day they cleaned up after themselves. The job was completed within the projected time. It's been about a month since they completed the job and so far the quality of the workmanship stands-up to my expectations.

It was a small job, but they responded right away, showed up on time and fixed the roof cap with no hassles.

It took him a while to get back to us so, I'd have to say a C but he did actually come out. He didn't actually call in advance to say he was coming so. I dont know. He just came for the check-up. (Professionalism) B since it took him a while to get back to us.

A since it worked. (Price) D just cause we dont really know. The price was steep but then again, I wouldn't want to go out on a roof in December either, so. (Workers) They were just fine.

I have not had a very good experience with them so I would not recommend them. It was their timing and the cost. I just would not use them again. I have not heard very good reports about them from other people. The cost of the roof was $12,000 and he actually did not finish the whole roof until the next year. Part of it was a flat roof although they did come after quite a few calls they did come and fix a couple of leaks in the part of the roof they did not finish. There were two roofs: there was a flat roof for the kitchen and a flat roof for the living room. They did the main roof and I had to wait quite a while for them to come back. I paid for the whole thing to be done and the whole things was not done. That is why I think it took so long. The storm doors cost way too much money. They were overly expensive. I was just totally disappointed with the whole thing. For the roof they were there on time.

Very prompt estimate. Work started and completed on time. Total project took less than 10 days. Crew was very professional and efficient.

The team showed up on schedule and completed the work over a two day period. They were here by 7:30am each day and worked until sundown - about 4:30. They left the grounds cleaner than they found it on both days and left nothing behind. They did an awesome job. The team was very respectful of me and my family members.

Took about four weeks to get a confirmation date for the job to start, but once the work started it was done in under 3 days. I have a 3000 sq ft roof. The crew was polite and professional. Denison has his own craftsmen and his trucks come loaded with everything they may need, there is no run to Home Depot for anything last minute. There is no dumpster in your driveway for 3 weeks, what they take off they remove the same day in their trucks. Cleanup was done well.. I did find nails on the lawn after but considering the job and the amount of nails they removed I wasn't concerned. Maybe 30 nails total I found. George came over at the end of the project to walk the house and make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this company.

Reached out twice to Denison's via Angie's list over the last two weeks about replacing a large window in my home in Oakdale... and never heard from them. If they are too busy or the work that I was inquiring about is not of interest to them, a simple thanks, but no thanks would have been appreciated.

We could not be more satisfied with Dennison's work. The workers were professional, cleaned up after themselves daily and actively consulted with us on many issues. They made several suggestions that were implemented and improved the look of the house. All communications were timely, including letting us know when they had to attend to an emergency job and exactly when they would be back at work. Although quite pricey, we feel we got our money's worth for the job. We have used Dennison before for a complete reroof and that job also went well.

Excellent. Mr. Denison himself showed up to do the initial inspection. I expected the repair would cost $200-$300 and take an hour or so. Mr. Denison looked at it, asked if I was in the military, and said don't worry about I'll take care of it. I was shocked. I occasionally get military discounts on things which I greatly appreciate, but this was above and beyond. I didn't know what to say other than thank you. We have had heavy rain twice since the repair with no issues. Thank you for your generous gesture, it won't be forgotten.

Rubber roof work completed in one morning, all shingle and siding work completed in one day. Everyone very professional and efficient, cleanup completed and area left as if work had never happened. Very satisfied.

We are very satisfied with the roof. The crew was efficient. They got started late due to traffic from Danbury. It's a long way to travel for a local company. Our main complaint was punctuality: we wanted to talk to the estimator face to face but he showed up before the scheduled appointment. I lost 1-1/2 hours of work because he had "dropped by because he was in the neighborhood". Then I got a call on Thursday morning asking if it was alright to do my roof that day. I wanted a scheduled day for the job because I wanted to take care of some things in the yard before the job started. The cleanup was okay. There is still some small stuff in the yard: they did run a magnet to collect all the nails. We would use Denison again for other jobs - provided we get better adherence to appointments. Time is money: both his and mine.

Had a really good experience with G A Dennison & Sons. They were very organized. Started a bit later than originally expected, but we had rain so understandable. Once the job was scheduled, they were there when they said they would be. All debris was clean up and removed daily. They did not drop any dumpsters on the site. They met all expectations as far as the quality of work, but where this contractor shines the brightest is around communication. They were exemplary at communicating which is what really makes them shine in my opinion. I've sort of gotten used to contractors ignoring my calls, not showing up when they say they will without calling, etc. G A Dennison & Sons broke the mold when it comes to this kind of unprofessional behavior. One time I called to ask a question. George wasn't in the office so I left message, and I got a call back from him within a minute of hanging up. I was pleasantly stunned. Many CT contractors could learn a valuable lesson from this company.

Ok. No problems. Took 8 hrs to complete.
