Employees were friendly, prompt, and thorough. Already planning on having them back to do the rest of the house.

Phone call day of to confirm and prior to showing asked if I had any areas of concern, went of price. After job they went through the house with me and gave me some per & spot remover with instructions got Angies List discount!

Excellent. Tech showed up on time, very professional and did an excellent job cleaning some extremely pet stained carpeting. Results were perfect!

Blackburn Pro was kind enough to fit me in short notice on 8/23/13. I called one day before and Dispatcher (Abby) was flexible in getting me an appointment as quick as possible since I had a day off on Friday. Representatives Shawn and Will were right on time. Shawn called prior to arriving at home. Cleaners were professional in communication and appearance. They were also very thorough on hitting target areas where potential urine spots would be (Dogs). Both took their time to do the job thoroughly. Reps gave me instructions on how to preserve carpet's cleanliness until next cleaning. Job took a total of 35 minutes. My wife was in awe when she saw how clean the carpets were! *****Representatives from Blackburn Pro arrived exactly on Time***** An attribute I really admire and desire in a company. My mother in-law's carpets had not been professionally cleaned for 10 years. Blackburn's technicians cleaned carpets & moved furniture to clean under-areas in two bedrooms, living room & dining room and they did a fantastic job! Carpets look like new again! We were so impressed they're coming back again next week to do our carpets, as well. Very courteous & professional work, reasonably priced!

Carpets and tile/grout were really dirty. Everything cleaned beautifully; I am very pleased with the results. All interactions by the Blackburn staff (making the appointment/initiating work order, confirmation call from Blackburn day prior to service, and actual cleaning experience with Sean and Keron) were conducted very professionally. I am positively impressed with the quality of the work and would not hesitate to use Blackburn's services again; it is very nice to be able to do business with a locally owned/built company. The folks at Blackburn were pleasant, responsive and proactive. When pet odors were identified, they not only removed the smell but they also gave me a solution I could use in the future in the event the odor wasn't completely gone. Further, because the rug had serious wear and tear in one section, they weren't able to clean the entire rug and they adjusted the price accordingly. I couldn't tell the cleaning was incomplete since it turned out beautifully. It is refreshing to work with a company that has such excellent customer service.

They moved everything and put back everything. They removed stains that were not removed by prior floor cleaners.

We called Blackburn the week before we wanted the work done to make the appointment. They offered us several timely options and we chose one. They called the day before to confirm the appointment and then called to say they were on the way. The arrived at the time we had agreed upon. The carpet, which was soiled form traffic and from pet hair, was cleaned and it looks like new! The technician was very professional and did and excellent job. We could not believe how good the carpet looked when he was finished. Amazing!

Shawn the carpet cleaner and his assistant Israel, were on time and cleaned the rug, working on it for an hour. They were very pleasant and professional and charged the prearranged discount price.
