Description of Work: The Blackburn Carpet Cleaners cleaned a wall to wall carpet in three rooms, a long hall and a staircase. The carpet was old , but the cleaners did a very fine job getting the carpet clean and fresh for our next occupants. |They knew what they were doing, came when they had agreed and were neat and careful. |I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: They cleaned a very dirty carpet and did an excellent job. They came a long distance, on time, and were extremely professional. I was impressed. They even gave complimentary spot cleaner afterwards and advice on how to care for the carpet!

 + 0 moreThe owner & manager came over to look at what was needed to be done. We spoke about my expectations. Other than having too wait two more weeks to do the job (they were booked that far out). The company exceeded my expectations. Knotty Pine & head board walls were vacuumed, washed, disinfected and wiped down again. All of the furniture (except the computer set up) was moved & put back. In the computer area the men worked under the table to get at the rug and walls. The carpet is old and dirty (who knows when it was last cleaned). It came out looking very nice! What impressed me was the fact that the equipment there was used, used their own electricity & water. The dirty water was contained to be disposed of in an appropriate manner & not dumped on the street. Blackburn is expensive but well worth the price. I would highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreThis company is fabulous! They took out stains I thought were there to stay and made our carpets look like new! Had one small area that did not come clean and they insisted on coming back to repeat treatment. We also hired them to clean the grout in our tiles based on their demonstration. I would definitely recommend these folks to anyone. They were very pleasant and their customer service was exceptional!
