Description of Work: ADT is a scam. They bait and switch with their offered equipment and then you are put in the position of having to pay for three years to get any coverage. After a two year period when you are convinced that the service is not doing you any good and they have refused to allow you to get out of the contract, the battery on the alarm system goes bad and in order to get a new battery you must pay for a service call. You cannot change the battery yourself.... so, now you are paying $39.07 a month for a service you do not want and if you want to at least get service for the rest of your contract you must pay an additional service fee to have them come to your home to replace your battery. To top all of this off, to get out of the contract you must pay it in full and in our case they continued to debit our account even after it was paid off.

Description of Work: Last time services were perform company was still Brinks, since ADT took over and is not the same quality services.We called at begining of 10/2010 and still unresolved.Every time i called sound like a bother.No apologies why stil lunresolved.
