Description of Work: Fabulous Five Star Cleaning is an outstanding company, not only in terms of their excellent cleaning services, but also their professionalism, integrity and honesty. I own a multi-million summer rental home on the ocean in CT and live in Massachusetts, and Jackie and Tina have been my eyes and ears at the property for over a year now. During that time, I've had several unfortunate incidents with renters, and Fabulous Five Star went above and beyond the "scope of their job" to help me out and get the property in great shape for the next rental. For instance, when we had a smashed main room large window, Fabulous Five Star not only cleaned all the broken glass and informed me immediately (the renter didn't tell me for a week), they also researched glass companies in the area and made calls for me. I was able to then quickly follow-up and have the window temporarily boarded up and later replaced within weeks, which they also supervised installation and checked to make sure everything was fine. They always let me know when items are broken or missing, and the overall condition of the property after each rental. They also let me know when shower curtains, bedspreads, soaps, and other hundreds of small and large items in the house need to be replaced and replenished, and will go to the store and purchase the items. Their cleaning is terrific and thorough. I used three other cleaning companies before I found Fab Five, and all failed miserably in terms of extremely low cleaning standards and going the extra mile, so having Jackie and Tina is like a breath of fresh air and I know I can always count on them to do what needs to be done and to do it right. There have been times when I needed them to go to the house to check on a few things or take out trash, and they always take the time from their busy schedule to help me out, which I very much appreciate, given that I don't reside in the area. Not only is the cleaning superior and their work ethic high, they are also extremely nice women to work with and have a wonderful sense of humor, which is an added bonus, given that our rentals require fast turnaround and we never know what we will encounter after each renter leaves the property. They do everything with good cheer and it's a real pleasure to work with them. I have true peace of mind with them on the job that I never had before with other cleaners. Their prices are very reasonable given all the work that they do, and although I paid slightly less in the past with other cleaning companies, the cleaning and service was sub par, lacking, unprofessional and unreliable. The adage you get what you pay for is very true in this case! I consider Fabulous Five Star to be a real bargain for the level of cleaning and service I receive and they are superior among cleaning companies. In short, they are fabulous!

Description of Work: My home has been cleaned, monthly for the past 3 years. Level of cleaning is excellent. I need to be flexible on the date and time of the cleaning. Initially it was the first Tuesday or the month. But now it is Wed and sometime the second week of the month.

Description of Work: I had used Five Star some three years ago to deep clean a house prior to putting on the market. They were expensive but the results were very good and I had no concerns at all. When I needed someone to deep clean the kitchen and great room of my new home I turned to them. In March they came to review my home and what was required, took notes and we later agreed on a reasonable quote. So far, so good. A date for the cleaning was set well ahead by some three to four weeks. I spent the day before preparing the space. I was called on the day itself saying that staff had called in sick with something that was going around and they had to cancel(April 22}. I was also asked what I needed done to the floors which was very confusing as they had visited my home and made notes of what was needed to be done. I was then told that the next available date would be May 20th, a month away. I was surprised and very disappointed and have not agreed to the new date. I cannot attest to the quality of their work because none was done. However, reliabiity is an essential to me and I regret that I found Five Star lacking in this instance.

Description of Work: Fab 5 came out and performed a walk-through, going through the entire house and informing me of some areas that might be problematic -- such as a stain that may not come all the way out in the rug, etc. They showed up on time and got straight to work. I wasn't around for the most part, but right away I could tell that the crew loved what they did. Fab5 works efficiently, and they work hard and long hours. The estimate was right on. It is not surprising that they received the 2011 Angie's List Award for Super Service -- they stand apart from their competition.

We are so impressed with both of them, and employee, there really aren't enough adjectives to use! I'll try, perfectionists, thorough, awesome, fast, complete, hard working, did I say awesome? They cleaned, and ORGANIZED, 4 large rooms, including kitchen, as well as the bath, moved furniture, polished floors, dusted, Our house is amazing... well, downstairs, we will be hiring them again to help do the same upstairs! It is incredible what they did, they even brought gifts to help make things look better, be more organized, everything was included in their estimate! I'm so impressed!

Description of Work: Tina and Jackie cleaned a house that I had bought before I moved in. They washed the windows, cleaned cabinets and closets, and cleaned and polished the hardwood floors. They were a great team and did a huge amount of work in a limited amount of time. They were thorough, pleasant, and a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond in what was a stressful time, preparing for a move. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: We were absolutely thrilled with the experience we had with Fabulous Five Star Cleaning Services LLC. We had them clean our Condo from floor to ceiling so we could put it up for rent, and they went above and beyond anything we had expected. No detail was overlooked; they cleaned inside the cabinets, got the cobwebs off the ceilings, cleaned the insides and out of all the appliances, de-bugged all the lights, replaced filters and even replaced a missing piece of molding! Our Condo hasn't looked this good since it was new! They were very professional, friendly and used products that are good for the environment while making the Condo smell fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about Fabulous Five Star Cleaning Services.

Description of Work: The crew performed a regular biweekly cleaning of my 10-room house, which has four bathrooms. They are the best cleaners I have ever had, and I have had many! They began cleaning for me on September 16, 2011, and have been at my house four times, three for regular cleaning services, and once for a special deep-clean of my kitchen, which had been totally neglected by my previous cleaner. They are currently working on getting my house back in shape little by little, as they do the regular cleanings.

They took apart lights and cleaned out the buggies - what didn't they do!!! Attention to detail is obviously their specialty.

Description of Work: I called the company in the evening and was pleasantly surprised to hear a live person answer the phone and it was one of the owners of the company. I told them what I was in need of (an initial whole house top-to-bottom cleaning after construction and months of neglect) and they made an appointment to see me the next business day. They arrived promptly to give the estimate and were very courteous and also thorough with the scope of work. We agreed on a price that I considered reasonable and we scheduled the work. They arrived exactly as scheduled and did a fantastic job on everything. They literally touched every part of my home. I had some special needs due to the age and style of my home which they were able to accommodate without any issue. They went over and above what I ever expected. They took all of their tools and equipment and supplies with them and left my home smelling and looking clean & fresh. Professional, courteous, prompt, meticulous, affordable, accommodating are all words I would use to describe this company. They are now scheduled for my weekly cleaning. I would strongly recommend this company for house cleaning, windows, floors and anything cleaning related!
