The owner returned call promptly and showed up on time for our appointment. She was extremely professional. She spent a good hour at our house going over what she would do. Then she rolled out the price. OH MY!!!! I was shocked. She was going to charge $700 for an initial cleaning and then $150 biweekly. We have a small 3 bedroom, one bath home. That price is outrageous. We have since found someone for $100 initial and $65 biweekly.

As a first time service, we were very please and will receive the first maintenance free. Clearly, the three person team was extremely thorough and professional. We were extremely pleased.

The last repetitive cleaning was scheduled for 6/20/13. However, they didn't show up. I waited till nearly the end of the day, and I emailed them about when they would come. The next day, I received an email saying they didn't have their email up. I rescheduled for July 3rd, but they still no-showed so I emailed them. I didn't receive any type of a response from this second message that I sent to them.

I contacted this cleaning service via e-mail due to the HIGH recommendations of Angie's List consumers. Got NO RESPONSE. I contacted them again about 2 weeks later, thinking maybe I had missed a return e-mail from them. I said "this might have happened," in case I was a bonehead. This time, I said "Please call me on cell" and gave them my number. Two more weeks have passed, and STILL NO RESPONSE. This is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I need a housecleaning service. I need a reliable one. This one gets a failing grade from me for their lack of response.

It was cleaned out but some things were unable to go and also the cleaning of the shelves could have gone better if they had another person.

They are extremely professional. This is a perfect company if you would like to have a home that has been thoroughly cleaned. The owner is trustworthy and takes pride in how she and her employees clean your home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who would like to have trustworthy, reliable, house cleaners who take pride in their work. The staff is amazing and my house has never been so clean!

They did a fantastic job. The house looked and smelled clean. They treated furniture and the house with great care. We had them clean the windows (inside and outside). I am very pleased with the results and will call them again in the future.

This was the weirdest experience I ever had with ANYone I ( kind of ) hired to do anyTHING here ! The woman who came to my house was one of two who own the business...cannot remember her name but the OTHER one was named Jackie. It was Jackie who called to tell me that the other woman would be late ( or did I want to reschedule ) because the client at ther previous appointment had fallen and she was staying til help came. I said fair enough and no , if she was still willing to come over I would just wait. She did and I met her very cute dog and we chatted amiably as we walked from my front gate to the house . I told her I was very favorably impressed by the fact that they helped military families by offering them a discount because I thought it was a good thing to do and that I was actively involved in trying to get the military to STOP killing military dogs when they were too old or hurt to do their work . We discussed my work in finding dogs in high-kill shelters homes and transport and she seemed to appreciate that and it was altogether a nice chat. We got to the house and my two dogs loved up on her and then popped out the kitchen door . Woops, the woman had left her truck window open , in winter in New England for chrissake , with PLENTY of room for her dog to get his head out and engage in a barking and dog-insults match with my two dogs , who were reaching up TO him but fortunately not making it , and scratching this ladies' paint job ! My immediate focus was getting the d*** dogs away from each other so as to A) stop the scratching up of her truck's paint and B) ensuring her dog did NOT manage to squirm out and wade into a big old dog fight. A big fight between the dogs did not , somehow , seem like a fantastic idea. So. I bellowed at them and after a certain amount of uproar got them into the house . Some drama , yes , but the whole episode lasted maybe four or five minutes . I was wheezing like a bellows ....being severely chronically ill doesn't really make this sort of nonsense ideal...and I was more than a little peeved that this chick had left her car WINDOW open ! I could not imagine why she did , frankly. Like I said , January is WINTER in New England for pete's sake . I had to lean on various bits of furniture while catching my breath and as I did I wondered where on earth SHE was. Finally I opened the kitchen door to go look for her , since I thought it was more than a little weird she was not coming IN . She looked extremely odd and said that she had received a call from her Mother who had......wait for it .........FALLEN . Yup. Just like the client whose house she had just come from. MM-hm . Now, I am 54 and I think I can fairly say I have lived a varied and interesting life , and that I did NOT just fall off the last turnip truck to drive into town, and this whole PERFORMANCE was just the phoniest thing I have ever seen . Seriously. I said ..ohh-kaayy, she said she would call to reschedule ( apparently there was some magical prohibition against calling Jackie , checking the schedule and doing it right then ) and she flew off...giving every evidence of not being able to get off my property fast ENOUGH. Never heard from her or her partner since. I am not a betting woman but I would be perfectly happy to bet that there WAS no phone call and no fallen Mom . I suppose I should consider myself lucky because if someone is either nuts enough or enough of a delicate orchid ( or both ) to be SO TRAUMATIZED by a small event she was at LEAST half responsible for and that no normal adult person would have freaked out over then god only knows what other bizarre behavior they are capable of...but I must say that I was plenty peeved at the time . I cannot recommend this service and it seems to me that at least half the partnership , the woman I met , is a total fruit loop .

Courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. We used Fabulous Five Star cleaning for a few special occasions in December. They did such a great job that we decided to set up a regular service. I particularly like that they give you a choice of cleaning products. I requested natural products, and they complied.

We have used Tina and her team for about 6 months and have been extremely satisfied with the quality of the house cleaning as well as the courtesy and professionalism of the members of her team - particularly Nate who is the team leader for our house. Tina is on-site for most of our house cleanings and sets a high bar for what she expects from her team. We have used other cleaning services in the past and they never came close to the quality and thoroughness that Tina and her team have consistently demonstrated. Some details: While we have typically experienced a drop-off with other companies after the initial cleaning, that has not been the case with FFSC. Every other week Tina or Nate arrive at our house and demonstrate the same level of diligence and attention to detail that they did during the comprehensive one-time cleaning. What we are particularly pleased with is all those "little things" that the team ensures they do regularly including cleaning under furniture, under seat cushions, inside the toaster oven & microwave, all the nooks and crannies, etc. They go above and beyond what we would expect and what other cleaning services have delivered. Tina is a perfectionist and instills this level of discipline in her entire team; and it shows in the high quality work that they perform week in and week out. While Tina and Nate generally clean areas that we never would have asked them to clean, there have been a few times where we have asked for additional focus in areas that are important to us and they paid particular attention to those areas going forward. Tina periodically checks in with us to get feedback on how her team is performing and she has always responded immediately whenever we have asked for any changes. This is rarely necessary since Tina is so pro-active when she is on site, but it is clear that she adapts to the unique needs of each of her customers. In summary, I am confident that you cannot go wrong if you hire FFSC for your house cleaning needs. There are very few companies that even perform above average work and I have yet to find or hear of anyone performing the A+ service that we receive from Tina, Nate and their team. Overall, we could not be happier and we expect to stay with FFSC for years to come!!

I found Tina on AL, called immediately and she setup a time to give me an estimate. I was anticipating the estimate to be around $1,000 from other reviews and I was right on. She gave me a military discount which reduced the cost to $900. A few days later she had 5 employees working an 8 hr shift (40 man hours). She immediately followed-up with me, ensuring that I was 100% satisfied with the quality. She will be coming to clean 2X/mth now to maintain the awesomely clean home!

From initial contact to finished job the service was wonderful. My house has never been so clean. They used appropriate products, and were incredibly thorough. Special care was taken when needed. I could not be more pleased with the service they provided, in fact, I have hired them to clean my house on a regular basis.

We interviewed a number of cleaning services before deciding to go with Fabulous Five Star Cleaning Services, but after interviewing with Tina, who is one of the owners, we knew we had found the perfect match. Tina thoughtfully walked through every room in our house and indicated how she would approach cleaning each room and which areas she would pay particular attention to (e.g. all windows, toilet bowls, baseboards, shower scum). Her standards far exceeded any of our prior house cleaners and the level of diligence that she indicated her team would perform made the decision very easy. We started by signing Tina and her team up for a comprehensive and thorough one-time housecleaning which would include her team cleaning every inch of our home. Her team arrived promptly and Tina brought along four other members of her team for a total of six or seven hours where they scrubbed and cleaned every inch of our home until it shined. While the bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, etc. were cleaned until they gleamed, we were most impressed at all the little things and the attention to detail that her team consistently provided. They lifted up couches and chairs and cleaned underneath, took all accessories off the furniture and thoroughly cleaned underneath even opened up our small toaster oven and vacuumed out the interior and scrubbed it until it shined.Tina and her team were professional throughout, extremely courteous to my wife and family, and were extremely diligent in every aspect of their work. After this one-time cleaning, it is a no-brainer to hire her company to clean our house on a bi-weekly basis and they will be coming to our house tomorrow for the first time and I will update this review at that time (but I would not expect anything but extraordinary service once again). This is clearly the most professional and courteous cleaning service that we have ever had!!

Soup to nuts, the whole chebang, in a word, FABULOUS!

They were both very pleasant ,they arrived on time and explained everything that they would do .The initial cleaning price was more then I wanted to spend at this time and thats the only reason I didn't choose them. If it was in my budget I would of hired them because I felt they would really do a fantastic job .

I wish I could give this group more than five stars. My place was spotless and comfortable after each time they came to clean. Things were put back in their regular places and they always did a little extra. They use all green products, are professional and friendly, and thorough. They gave me a military discount which I do appreciate. Finally, I got orders to move on short notice - and they went out of their way to work around my scrambled schedule - including my final cleaning. I have a pet - and the time she was here when they came they were very kind to her and made sure she was comfortable while they cleaned.This group comes with my highest recommendation. If I come back to the area they will be one of the first calls I make. If you are a military member or family in the Groton area...give them a call.

They were fair priced and I rate them very highly.

I needed a thorough cleaning of my house and after reading several Angie's List reviews, I left an e-mail through the Angie's list link. They called back very quickly, within a couple of hours. They came out at a time convenient for me and went over everything they would do in detail, including what products would be used, and they use pet safe products. Communication was great and the house absolutely sparkles! Some small items in the kitchen were rearranged, and I liked some of these changes and will keep those (the ones I didn't like were easy enough to put back). I am very happy with how the house looks. I will continue to use them to keep the house looking so nice.

They met my deadline to be prepared for visiting out-of-towners. The entire team was courteous and pleasant. I highly recommend them,

A crew of 5 worked all day and did a great job. The house is being prepped for painting, so all the doors, windows and woodwork were cleaned with special attention. The kitchen cabinets and all of the 3 bathroom's tile were polished. All surfaces, esp many bookcases were dusted and polished. I couldn't be happier. Tina, Jackee and their staff did an awesome job.

I would highly recommend Fabulous Five Star Cleaners. They were polite, professional, detail oriented, and willing to work with my schedule. They showed up on time and their prices were quite reasonable. Both houses were spotlessly clean when they were finished and I couldn’t have been happier. In addition, both Tina and Jackee (the owners) are a joy to work with. I have already given out their name to some friends who are moving soon. Fabulous Five Star Cleaning Services LLC Fabulous Five Star Cleaning Services, comes out every 2 weeks. We got them from Angie's List. They did a great job, there were 4 of them, there was a few things that they had missed but, there was a lot to do, I am sure they will get to it in the touch ups. It takes so long to do it and it is hard to get everything the first visit because, there is so much to do.

Called and set up initial walk through appointment. Price quoted was reasonable, so scheduled initial cleaning and first periodic visit. Crew arrive on time and completed the work as scheduled. Cleaning was tailored to meet customer needs, consideration made to our pets and the work promised was completed. The house smelled fresh from the moment of entry through an inviting front door. The rooms look bigger and brighter, and the wall mirror is streak free. The dirt and grime are gone, not just mopped into the corners, cracks and crevices. Very pleased with the level of attention to the details of being truly clean.

Tina and her crew were right on time, had all their own supplies, surveyed the situation and went to work. It was a behemoth job with custom requirements and in my estimation would require at least 2 days. Tina and her team put in an all out effort, working like a well oiled machine and completed the job in one day. Everyone instinctively knew their tasks and completed them without question, easily working around each other while keeping an upbeat, flexible attitude. As this job included many personal items, if I was not there to answer questions, these items were put to the side for my input prior to their disposition. I was completely comfortable leaving them to their tasks and taking time to run my errands. I was pleasantly surprised that loose change, misplaced jewelry and old family photos were found, placed in a pile and given to me when I returned. The home was then staged to show it in its best light. I will happily use Tina and her team again and recommend them to anyone who would like an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. Tina proved that she was true to her word and completely trustworthy.
