It went very smoothly. The issue was fixed within 20 minutes.

They were prompt, and the installation was smmoth and much quieter. The cost of the service seemed a little high.

Arrived late, no communication that they were delayed. Once on site they were very efficient, organized and installed a fully working product prior to leaving the promises. They were polite, courteous and friendly.

Very well. Technician was the owners son I believe but I forgot his name. Very friendly and accommodating. I would use them in the future in a heartbeat.

I called and left a message of Friday and received a return call within minutes. An appointment was scheduled for Saturday at 9:30am. They showed up 20 minutes early and immediately went to work. They were able to figure out and fix the problem with the garage door and even reset my key pad that had not been working since we moved in two years ago for free. They were very professional and had great customer service.

Excellent experience overall. John responded to my initial phone call and we set up an appointment time, of which John arrived early and ready to work. He evaluated my current garage door situation and made appropriate recommendations for me and was not pushy in the least. I needed a garage door opener, and luckily, he had all of the materials on the truck and got right to work on my installation. Everything turned out great, the work area was left exactly as I had it, and the price was reasonable and fair. I would not hesitate to contact Cadra's again for some future work, and highly recommend this business. Thank you again for a very easy transaction and experience!!!

Both service calls went similarly. I found them on Craig's list. We called at around seven in the morning to leave a message at the office that our garage door wouldn't open (or close), and instead, someone answered. Within forty minutes, someone was working at our house. The first time it was Dave Cadra, the second time the son. We found them equally diligent and efficient. The father was pretty funny, saying to us regarding our very old motor that needed replacing "This motor doesn't owe you ANY favors." The son did some bonus tweaking of the door so that it didn't fall so heavy. They had the replacement parts on hand, and our problem was solved. Friendly, professional and affordable. I think the motor replacement was about $300. Also, the son described how he was on his way to continue a service call that was from another garage door company, that they often received phone calls from other garage maintenance companies who had problems they couldn't solve. He tried to explain the problem to me... but it was too complicated.

I had an issue with the garage door and he came in. He thought it was going to need a really expensive part, but he said before we do that, let me just fiddle around. Then he fiddled around and got it working and he didn't charge me anything.
