Very well. Were punctual and got the entire job done in a couple of hours. Workers left the site as clean as when they arrived. The door look great and have no issues whatsoever with them since the installation in July, 2017.

The representative was AWESOME. He helped me nail down the solution in a 2 minute call. I will definitely use these guys if I have a real problem that can't be handled over the phone.

Since I had already worked with this company before, I was confident in my selection. All it took was one phone call to explain the problem and agree on the solution. They arrived as scheduled the next day and were done and gone in less than an hour. Everything works perfectly.

The crew showed up and worked on a couple of solutions on a Saturday morning and left thinking the problem was resolved. It turned out that was not the case I called them and they came back 30 minutes later after further examination it was determined the motor needed to be replaced due to a short. It made more sense to replace the entire assembly including all the electronics. We agree on a price and they said they would return Monday which they did and 90 minutes later I had a quiet, safe operational garage door. In addition they replaced a couple of rollers and made sure the door was properly lubricated and aligned.

They were prompt, professional and courteous and I will use them again.

They are really great to have service the garage door. Completely reliable, responsive, professional and their prices are reasonable. Will definitely call them for future servicing, and especially when we need to get a new garage door (which we will need soon).

The guys were great; arrived on time and the scope of the work went as projected - 30 minutes to replace a broken spring for my garage door opener and they also adjusted a sensor that was causing the automatic opener to only work when fully pressed, which was a nuisance. I was happy with their work and mentioned I found them on Angie's List. The door now opens & closes without issue. Thanks

They were very responsive setting up a time, arrived during the assigned time slot and did a very good job.

Purchased the deal in late May and scheduled a Monday appointment shortly thereafter. Phone call from provider postponed service as one of the trucks was out of commission; the provider was asked to call to reschedule when available. I did not hear anything all summer. It took my leaving two voice mails and one AL email in October to get the next communication which was an apology. We rescheduled for Saturday (provider's choice) 10/31 at 9 a.m. That Saturday the provider did not show, nor was there a call or email. I contacted the service provider via AL email; he apologized again saying he hadn't kept my number, that I am so far out of the service area and they are so backed up he didn't know when he could come out. Provider stated that he asks Agie's List to not offer the service in my area, but they keep doing so. (The business is listed in Bridgeport; I live in Oxford.) Provider accepted my offer to cancel the transaction for a refund. He did offer to contact me should he ever be in the area. I hope to have the service completed soon by a different provider. The provider's communication was sub-par and not what I would expect from someone with their own business, especially a business on AL with an A rating. The apologies seemed sincere, but why accept a client that is outside of the service area when you know you cannot service them? This was my third Angie's List experience and the only disappointment.

The repairmen seemed to have the correct knowledge, parts and skills required to complete the job satisfactorily. I would call these same people again if I needed further service on my garage door(s).

The contractor (John) sent me a message thanking me for purchasing (might have been auto-generated) and NEVER followed up. I sent messages on AL and left voice mails; one phone number for John does not even have voice mail. Extremely unresponsive. By never actually contacting me I consider this a complete failure.

Inspected the garage door openers and tracks and replaced roller wheels and sprayed with lubricant. Not much work done, but the information about the status of the motors and spring system was helpful.

They came on time and finished quickly.

Didn't really need to do much with my garage door, so the visit was short. He didn't really have any suggestions for my garage door.

It was fine. The garage door company responded relatively quickly.

I would hire him again. It was a small job but done well. Two garage doors needed servicing and tune up after a difficult winter. Now the doors are working fine.

He said the original cost was $350. How ever I don't find it worth that much however $79 seems to be great deal. That's the reason I am giving over all rating B. Other wise he is "A" grade service person. Still some notice is coming in my garage door, which he said coming from the motor and suggested t replace it with the belt drive when it dies.

John was a very nice guy, when he came I explained to him what's wrong with my garage door and he did everything he can to fix the problem that I had, and it works.

Was charged extra for 2nd door. Found frayed cable and repaired at my request. Door now works much better.

Very happy with services provided. Very professional and thorough. Appreciate that John came on a Saturday making it easier for my schedule. My garage is even quieter than I expected. Would recommend them to anyone.

Very good. Although they were unable to replace the insulation strip due to our garage door being cheap. Felt like I got my money's worth out of the other things he did and the info he gave about getting a better garage door.

Went very well. Contacted George during the week. He responded to email quickly. Was flexible on when the work could be done (Saturday!) John showed up on time, was very professional, explained any issues, did not try to sell me on anything but suggested that the original installation was not done professionally. Once agagin, he was making an observation and I never got the sense he was trying to sell me a new door installation...simply giving me his professional observation. Overall, very good and I will get a quote from them when I decide to replace the doors.

I was out but upon my return the doors performed well and were quiet. A delightful improvement!
