After a great deal of dissatisfaction with various contractors, I am glad to say that I had an excellent experience with American House! They are polite, professional, and extremely punctual. I am very happy with the quality of their work, and I will definitely hire them again, the next time I need work done on my house!

Had a complete house residing done. Quality of work was excellent attention to detail excellent also. On target with job start and finish estimates as well as price. Contractor also did an excellent cleanup of job site. Would highly recommend this Contractor.

Estimate was about what I thought it would be. He gave me a date for repair and the time. The repairs started on time and were completed to my home very quickly.

A friend from work recommended that I try this company, when the Vinyl siding of my house was damaged. I was a little skeptical at first, because I'm a first time home owner and quite frankly, never had to deal with this type of situation(storms-hurricanes-tornados) but I relented and to my surprise, it was a pleasurable experience. Arthur and his team repaired my home and made it look brand new, he also took extra measures and took care of small details as well. He was professional, polite and very knowledgable. Very quick response.1 hour turn-around same day to repair my vinyl-sided garage door that was dented by my wife's car, and gave them extra $ since they only wanted $80, wrote a check for $100, and it was well woorth their professionalism.

I hired Amer. Hse. LLC to repair my siding, some trim and a gutter. I also asked them to replace some window casings and corner posts. They came and gave me an estimate that moment, and they completely stuck to their estimate- I did not pay a dime more! In addition they went out of their way to match my siding perfectly. I thought it would be impossible to match the grain and color, but they did it so beautifully. They also left me samples before I committed to the job. In addition, they are extremely punctual. They called when they said they would and they showed promptly on time. I was extremely impressed. It looks great! Highly recommended
