We hired American House to install the vinyl siding on our home and they were terrific. Arthur is extremely accommodating. He responded quickly to any questions I would text him. He is very professional and a really nice guy. It was a pleasure to work with him. His crew was hard working and did a beautiful job on our house. They used quality material, such as heavy gauge oversized gutters and downspouts. The trim work was precise and the attention to detail was outstanding. To top it off the price was very reasonable. Due to Covid the production of the 25â Certainteed Monogram Siding we wanted was put on hold. During the long wait Arthur stayed in touch with us giving us updates. He never pushed us to use a different product even though we waited about two years. It was worth the wait. The product is beautiful and being 25â it drastically reduces the number of overlaps on the house. I highly recommended American House.

Highly recommend this company. Arthur, is terrific and will not leave a job site until the customer is satisfied. His company has sided my whole house and returned a few years later for repair work recently. He is also reliable and if he says he will do something, you can count on it. I would highly recommend. As with the vinyl siding, Arthur and his crew came through with flying colors. We had a new roof installed which included GAF Deck Armor, new ice and water protection, new drip/rake edge flashings, new starters, new roof boots as needed, GAF Timberline HD shingles, a new Snow Country Ridge ridge vent system and capping, and a repair of the existing chimney flashing. After the job was completed, the yard was left cleaner than when the crew arrived. My wife and I couldnâ t be happier that we hired this company. All aspects from the signing of the contract, to the delivery of the materials, to the performance to completion of the project, was done on time and with impeccable attention to detail. Our 39 year old house looks brand new. Hire these people!

Our 39 year old house has been transformed! From start to finish, Arthur and the crew (Anthony, Eric and a few others whoâ s names I didnâ t get J could not have been more professional and courteous. Throughout the process, Arthur made himself available via text and when on site, virtually immediately, answered any questions or concerns. Those were addressed in a timely fashion. The work was meticulous and the guys cleaned up at dayâ s end. Now to the job performed. Aluminum siding was replaced with vinyl. Also included was 3/4 inch insulation, custom aluminum (pvc coated) wrapping for our widows, 25 foot siding (big deal as virtually no seams) and 6 inch gutters (no extra charge) that were manufactured on site. We opted to have the MicroGuard leaf shedding system installed also. Arthur offered to install the new light fixtures that we had purchased at no extra charge. Iâ ve dealt with numerous contractors over the years and AMERICAN HOUSE LLC is by far superior to all. Iâ m so pleased, that I hired them to replace my roof. Stay tuned.

These guys know what they are doing! Great personality, very professional. They run a clean work site. Arthur was very responsive, knowledgeable and fair. He noticed another area of siding that was damaged that I had not noticed but never pressured me to do any extra work, ultimately I asked him to fix that area too. While I only had a siding repair this time, I learned that they do all aspects of home repair & construction. I would recommend his company!

I found Arthur and his crew through HomeAdvisor and chose him after reading his great reviews and meeting him. I cannot say enough about how incredible Arthur and his crew are. To start, Arthur is an excellent communicator. He will always respond to you via text or call you back. He lets you know when his crew will be there and keeps everything on schedule. I am a very detailed person, so I have very high expectations. Arthur is not only a detailed person, but he does the job right the first time. There is no skipping corners. The quality of his work is perfection. His foreman Damian is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and very professional/hardworking. I had Arthur and his crew replace all the siding on my house (including removing old cedar siding, wrapping the house with a vapor barrier, and adding 1" Foam Board for added insulation) , replace 4 windows, 2 patio doors, install new gutters, and install two large pillars along with a railing system in the front of my house. Everything was done with the utmost attention to detail. Arthur and his crew are extremely hard-working. Despite weather delays, I felt the job was still done much quicker than expected. When a constructor tells you 2-3 weeks, you always double that. However, there is no doubt that if it didn't rain almost everyday in April and early May that they would have finished this very large project on time. Not only was the work perfect, but I felt Arthur's price was very reasonable. He stuck to the contract and never charged me a cent more than what was owed to him. He is the first constructor I have ever hired that I would hire again without hesitation and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking similar work. I cannot thank Arthur and his crew enough for their hard-work, attention to detail, professionalism, and overall excellent job. Our home looks amazing and neighbors have stopped by to tell us how amazing our home looks. Do not hesitate hiring Arthur for your exterior project.
