Hydrocare rocks! I found Jonathon De Michiel (owner) to be super responsive and caring of my need for effecient service for my Spa. He had a repairman on site quicker than I expected, not only fixing my problem but checkin the entire system over. He stayed in contact and offered advice on repair actions. I wish ALL businesses operated with his care & passion for the customer!!

Johnathan was on time, very efficient, and explained what he found as the problems and the plan to fix it. He is very willing to work with you. He was back as planned to replace the parts. Took the time to show me the new parts in place and working. We have already recommended him to family and friends.

Jonathon was hard to get here because its such a busy time for spa and pool experts but he was very good, very knowledgable, very quick and very reasonable as to price. I will use him whenever I have another spa problem.

They came over and found my leak in hot tub! I paid $90 something for a half hours work! They said they would order the part and install it when I wanted. That was 2 weeks ago! I have 3 calls out to them looking for a Status on the part with no response or callback. Hot tub still leaking.

I was a little worried about a freeze before the job was finished, but the repair was complete before the freeze. Easy guys to talk with. I will tell my friends about them.

Johnathan was very prompt in returning my call and showing up right away for a service check. He determined that my heater needed a new pilot. The next two weeks, I had to call him a few times for followup. He finally ordered the pilot and determined that I needed a new valve also. It has been 2 and 1/2 months. Every two weeks I would check in and the job was put off. He showed up a month ago with wrong parts. Last week he was a no show. This week, I checked my credit card statement and realized that he had charged my credit card on 6/17 for $300 that I did not authorize. Fraud for parts an that I never received.

Johnathan is very nice & knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to do business with. I would use him again if I had any more problems in the future.

At this point I needed someone to help me decided what to do with my spa and Jonathan called back within the hour and then was there within a few days to advise me. I am greatful for his help and plan to do business with him again soon!
