Very fast service. I was contacted immediately and my hot tub was repaired quickly which was very important considering the very cold temps coming again. He took time to explain the chemicals and I can call or email him with any questions.

Spent over $1,300.00. Have waited well over 5 months. Still not fixed! Each time, a "new" part or problem is blamed, that was unforeseen, then blamed on alleged poor water maintenance and age of unit (the age was known at the onset). The contractor originally,confidently stated that it would be repaired for $675.00.

He could have installed and charged me for a new temperature sensor, and I wouldn't have known the difference, but he was able to do a reset and on charged me the diagnosis charge.
