Description of Work: We hired Banner water to installed a new holding tank and water softener based on reviews and we are glad we did! We had three quotes and Banner Water was the only company that followed up with us after the initial consultation. The technician had to run to Home Depot for an item he did not have since they had to do extra work for the install of our home exterior. We were told it would take 4-5 hours but it took close to 6 for the complete install. I was afraid they would have to charge us extra from their initial quote but they did not. Automatically that was an A+ in my book. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: The replaced a disintegrated foot valve on our well and did so in record time. Our well pump wasn't turning off, so I called them late on a Monday afternoon. They were ready to come over first thing in the morning, but I couldn't meet them until late Tuesday afternoon. The service guy who came by diagnosed the problem quickly and actually had their well-digger out later that evening -- he worked until about 830p to prep the well for the work the following day. They showed up as promised first thing Wednesday morning and had completed the job by 11a. A supervisor came by later that afternoon to ensure that everything had been done properly. I could not have been more impressed by the speed, efficiency, professionalism, and courtesy of the guys working for this provider.

Description of Work: Scheduled Banner water to service my iron separator. They were able to perform the service well and at a reasonable price. There was no clean up necessary and they arrived as scheduled. I would recommend Banner to anyone who needs water treatment system service.

Description of Work: I contacted the Banner team about installing a water filtration system that would remove the discoloring iron from my water. Sent them an initial email with a copy of my water analysis, had a phone call the next day with a visit from a tech to check out our house scheduled for the next week. Once we decided what was needed the install was scheduled within a week. (Since I had a copy of my water report, the process went much faster, so if you're thinking of having a system installed I'd suggest having that done in advance, it makes their job much easier.) I was not home when the guys came for the initial install but my partner said that they were on time and worked quickly. They explained how the set up worked and to let them know if there were any problems. We live in a old house with an old plumbing system so we encountered an issue, called, and it was fixed within 2 days. The guys have been out a couple of times since to adjust the system as it evidently takes a bit of use to figure out what settings are the best based on your personal use. They have been wonderful - extremely responsive, polite both in the office/when calling and their techs, and often early to show up. I would absolutely recommend their services.

Description of Work: I called Banner Water and got an estimate of $1200 to put in piping/drainage and a water softener. After I agreed to the contract, they ordered the supplies, and agreed to come on Saturday and install the water softener. They arrived on time, and after about 3-4 hours the water softener was installed. The technician took a few minutes to explain the system to me, and answer any questions I had. After a few days, I e-mailed them and asked if the regeneration cycle could be changed from regenerating every 6 days to regenerating based on a gallon amount processed. A week later, Banner water changed the head to the gallon type at no charge.

Description of Work: Sean diagnosed the problem. He pulled the old pump up, installed a new submersible pump 130 feet down, and recommended and installed a pressure switch to prevent the pump from burning out in the future.

Description of Work: Installation of a radon mitigation system. They installed the system in my basement, ran it out through my foundation, up the exterior of my house to the required height to vent the radon safely. They took the rating from a 3.4 down to a .8.
