Very easy to work with. The installers were friendly and professional and did a great job. Arrived bright and early and got right to work. I would highly recommend this company.

Installed a natural gas boiler. Very professional and quick. The installers performed the work with a minimal of fuss and disturbance. When the job was completed, they thoroughly cleaned up everything. The lead installer went over the system with me and answered all of my questions. Would hire again.

Very quick to respond. Very courteous and friendly employees. Very resonable pricing. Only downfall was working with the town on permitting but can't reall blame that on them.

Very professional. Worked very neat and cleaned up after job. Showed up at scheduled time and finished the job in a timely manner. Very polite workers. I would highly recommend.

I received 4 calls from HomeAdvisor, 3 company reps showed up, Sears, C&G, and Thomaston Comfort Controls. I received 2 reasonable quotes, but Thomaston Comfort Controls was more specific on their quote, defined what needed to be done, and got the hot air gas furnace replaced in one day. I got my first gas bill for the last 3 weeks and it came to $78, which is cheaper than my old house at $148 for 4 weeks for the same period.

Overall installation was not professional quality. Eg piping was crooked. Also hot water was not set up correctly so it needed another service call to fix.

From the sales agent, to the installatuon team, they all were superb.

My mother’s furnace went out the week before Christmas. I called 4 HVAC companies to come out to give estimates. Out of the 4 companies that came out, there was only ONE company that covered all the basis and answered all the questions necessary for the best product suited for the home. That company was Thomaston Comfort Control. Sales Rep, Bill Asprelli, showed up on time and began with measuring the home area and windows to accurately access the “right” furnace for the home. This was the ONLY company that measured the home! The other 3 companies came in, looked at the old furnace and basically said “Um, you’re looking at $8,000 - $12,000” without even discussing what brand or model they were going to use to replace. I was able to compare the same brand/model with Thomaston Comfort Control. The other company wanted a bit more money and they wanted $4,400 upfront and the balance to finance through Energize CT (Energize CT usually has customer to pay 10% and they finance the balance). Thomaston Comfort Control’s Sale Rep, Bill Asprelli, was able to get our financing application approved within one day (my mother is elderly and she had no hot water or heat)! He followed up with me regarding the paperwork and financing. This could have been a very unpleasant situation but with their help, we were able to get a great new furnace up and running within one week (including Christmas and a full weekend)! Joe and Eric, were perfectionist in regards to their installation of the furnace. They were neat, professional and did an amazing job with the plumbing and made sure that everything was secure and up and running. Once installed, Joe reviewed the system with us. I am grateful to Bill, Joe, Eric (and a 3rd installer who’s name escapes me)! If you need to get a furnace company, I highly recommend that you give Thomaston Comfort Control a call.

The sale representative Dave was awesome. He followup and made sure our concerns were addressed even after a few months that the unit was installed. The system works awesome and now I can finally save tons of money during the cold seasons. I did not give them an overall 5 stars because I felt that the unit wasn't tested properly by the installers. There was some serious errors that should had been noticed by real expert installers. Overall, I'm happy with the work performed.

I had an American Standard Central A/C installed an a Thermopride Oil Burner...including the necessary additional duct work necessary. The did a great job...completed in one day and left clean as a whistle.

We contracted on June 11, 2013 to have a new Lenox heat pump system installed. It was completely paid in full on June 21, 2013 and has yet to be completed as of August 27, 2013).

the workers were on time when they were not going to be on time, they called. the person that came to give me estimate i can not say enough about him. he was perfect in his presentation to the last detail. very professional, knowledgeable, and well prepared.
