Very responsive to questions all along the project. Brought in installer to pre-check and make sure plan would work. Very respectful of property and very timely completion of project. I recommend this company!

The workers were very professional. The installation was done during the week thatn we had extremely high temperatures but they showed up every day and worked in the blistering heat of the attic. They also provided a loner window air conditioner for me until the central A/C unit was up and operational. I would highly recommend them.

Furnace works great without any issues

This company strives to provide excellent customer service. All the technicians and the service manager, Rob, are persistent in troubleshooting issues until they are successfully solved. I recommend this company without reservation!

Poor Customer Service~ Paul M was the first to respond and the first to come out to quote the project, installation of new boiler and hot water tank. Paul arrived on time , took his time to assess and take measurements and seemed very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. We felt very comfortable with him and anxiously waited for the quote. After a week passed, I contacted Thomaston Comfort Control via the HomeAdvisor message feature inquiring on the status of the quote. 2 weeks later, not even a reply from that message and still no quote. It?s a shame because we probably would have given them the project .... we were that comfortable with Paul. Unfortunately, I had to rate quality and price in order to complete this review hence the 1/2 star! Based on the lack of follow through, I would not recommend this company to take on any projects! You might be forgotten!

The owner, Paul came out and did a walk-through for an estimate. He did not have a ladder or even a truck but he did do an extensive inspection of the area that needed heating equipment installed. We made an agreement that he would contact me within a couple of days to give me an estimate of the costs. That was nearly two weeks ago and I have not heard from him yet. I'm very disappointed because I was looking forward to having his company complete the work. I was also considering additional work that his company could perform. However since he has not honored his commitment to contact me I'm concerned that his company would not perform high quality work.

I had a few estimates done for complete system replacement and by far, I would recommend Paul M @ Thomaston's. He took his time, did an impressive review of my townhouse and what was needed to make life livable in a house with a system that was not working. They did an excellent job with scheduling, getting me in earlier than originally planned, which I am grateful for since the interior temp was becoming unbearable. Making a decision of this type can be daunting, but if the right company is involved, the process is painless. The right company is Thomaston's.

Thomaston Comfort Control contacted me after posting on Angie s list the services of s HVAC firm to install a new air conditioning unit, gas furnace and hot water heater. Paul, from the Company called and scheduled an appointment with me at my residence. He arrived and right off the bat patronized me on air conditioner units and furnaces, then critizied my existing equipment stating it wasn t installed right even though it lasted over 23 years. He then asked me a series of very personal information which he downloaded to his laptop and gave me a quote, which he said would be better if I decided to use his company. He promised me a written proposal would be sent to my email that night, however, I never receivedit. A very creepy experience!

Do Business Here! A+++! Paul is the owner and a great guy. Patient, takes the time to come out and thoroughly explore your situation and options, including financing/loan programs. While we waited for the loan approval for our new furnace & A/C, he even brought space heaters over to keep us warm- and they did! Just a great, honest, dependable man with a friendly, competent team who you're really glad you found.

Helped me with the paperwork getting financed. Scheduled installation and they worked fast and installed equipment and cleaned up. Good job.
