Description of Work: I called as I thought there were swarms on my deck and I wanted them to check for termites. They came promptly and after inspecting, told me that I had ants, not termites. They performed the service but charged me the full price without asking if I had a coupon, which I did but had already given them the check.

Description of Work: The initial phone conversation was exceptional, however the technician did not call me back when they said he would. So I called them back the following day and we did, eventually, make an appointment to come to my home and look at the problem, "somewhere between 10 and 12" he said. He did NOT show up all day, did not call, nothing.

Description of Work: Using this provider in the future is a qualified maybe. However, it's very hard to find someone who even deals with a mole problem. The majority of pest control outfits do not. I have moles again in abundance this year. |I tried somebody else and the problem has gotten worse.

Description of Work: They applied pesticide to the perimeter of my home to eliminate an infiltration of yellow jacket bees. This is before the season gets started, so I am hoping to eliminate a repeat of a nest in my roof line that occurred last summer. I do not have another cost estimate to compare them to, but this is the price charged for a full house treatment.

Description of Work: Bob was my service exterminator.Bob was new what the product was going to do and explained the whole sequence.HE sprayed the basement,exterior foundation,ledgerboards and all the basemoulding on the first floor.Work was done on my other property.

Description of Work: The company was asked for a solution for roaches. They sent someone from the local office that treated. This is an apartment building everyone needed to comply with removal of items for sink areas and pantry. Some tenants didn't do a great job with that and the company came back at no cost. I would use them again.
