Description of Work: Sprayed for carpenter ants inside the house and the perimeter of the house and yard. Also took care of some hornets nest that we're starting outside. Very responsive, professional and fairly priced compared to others. No contracts necessary.

Description of Work: Set traps for the shrew which had invaded my house. She also tol me that I had mice--which was not true--I always take care of getting rid of mice by myself. This creature, which turned out to be a mole is very smart and avoided all traps that we set. She is a nice woman and did her best. However, all traps in the future that were set did not work with this animal.

Description of Work: We had yellow jackets in the eaves that had found a way into the house. Because of the area they had nested in, it was very difficult to access the bees and they did have to return two more times - would recommend them

Description of Work: Call them about a mice problem. They sent a service man who was polite and knew exactly what to do. He put down feeder stations inside and outside. He returned 2 weeks later and checked everything. So far everything looks good. Haven't found any evidence of mouse activity.

+ -1 moreDid not arrive on time and did not call. Had to call office. However, when here Troy was keen on taking care of the problem, called around to find out ways to handle this problem, applyed a lot of product outside, acquired extra indoor product. Nice guy.
Description of Work: I have had a severe carpenter ant problem inside my house for a number of years. For $350 + tax with a 6 month guarantee, Troy Kaiser from Litchfield sprayed Termidor outside around the entire house and garage (2500+ sq ft) to create a barrier. Also put some DeltaDust inside basement walls. It was cold and rainy but sprayed anyway. One month later ants still here. Came again when dry and warmer and sprayed outside with Termidor and inside with Termidor inside product. Ants (small winged and wingless, large wingless) disappeared except several months later, large winged queens appeared in quantity inside. Did not call again, but no ants have appeared since even in this warm autumn. Will see next season.

+ 0 moreWe have a large backyard that was infested with moles; there was a hole every 6 to 8 inches. They gave us an estimate for 4 to 5 weeks’ work. The estimate was for $1000. It did not appear like they did much work but they had eliminated the problem. We were complaining that we did not see much going on for the $1000 that we spent but something happened. We had moles all over the yard and they disappeared. I am not sure what they used. They did set traps but we did not see anything in the traps. First of all they sprinkled something into the holes and came once a week. I don't think they caught anything in the traps. Every time he came he would look for anything new. We had some sticks which we would put into any new hole we saw. He would then come and take care of it. I am pretty sure that the moles are gone now. It is about 5 weeks. It was expensive though. One person came 5 times for 10 minutes and that was it. They were pleasant. I knocked them down about $100. When I called they were very cordial on the phone. They came when they said they would. They were very nice to deal with. They explained everything. I thought that they were very professional. We will use them in the future.

They were walking all over the house like a tourist bus pulling into a rest stop(Ants were crawling on the back of my hand while working at the keyboard). I called Eliminate?Em and left a message. In twenty minutes I received a call back, got an estimate(the going rate in this area)and made an appointment for the following day. Alex Bauert showed up on time and performed the service. He invited me to call him back if there were any ants who did not get the message. Two weeks later a few stragglers(ants) were hanging around so I called him again. He came the next day again and did another application. The service was prompt, reasonable and his communications were excellent. The Ant Busses don?t stop here anymore.
Description of Work: Sprayed foundation of house and inside where the ants were crawling. Left appropriate chemical info and warned about keeping my cat inside an untreated room for an hour to let the spray dry. Returned for a follow-up two weeks later.
