Awful. Nick came out put out the trap and said the snake would be caught within 5 weeks. Asked if he would rip us off and he said he would come back in 5 weeks for his trap. He stated the snake may have just eaten and may not come out for a week or tow.He called early the next morning and asked if the snake had been caught. WE said NO! We have not heard from him since then and no snake has been caught. He took our money which he wanted the whole thing up front, could not give him half now and half when the snake was caught. The man has not called or come back for his trap, he took our money and ran. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH IT THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU'LL NEVER HERE FROM THEM AGAIN, RIP OFF.

I went to Eliminate Em's website and sent an email to ask if they could remove a hornets' nest and, if so, what the charge would be. Anthony called within 15 mins and said that he was in the area and could be at the location w/in the hour. About an hour later, the hornets' nest is no more and my 93-year-old mother can rest easy as the nest was located just outside her bedroom window. It was taken care of 1-2-3! Anthony was great and the charge was very reasonable.

The only thing they did was put boxes on the outside which did not help. When I asked them to come out they wanted to charged me extra. I had to have a friend come out and finish the job.

We had a yellow jacket nest somewhere in our backyard but were unable to locate it. All we knew was that every time we went out on the deck, we were being agressively attacked. Was suprised to see a woman get out of the truck, especially one with a cast on her leg. She located the nest which was underneath the deck railing ledge; said it was a paper nest of German yellow jackets. She donned her bee outfit and went behind a large rose bush and shot right through the nest. I watched it all from the safety of my kitchen and hoped she wouldn't have to run with her cast on. I needn't have worried. All went well, we were told they'd all probably be dead that night, but just to be sure, wait a few day before going in that area. I told her she didn't have to worry about that!!!! Love being back on my deck!!!!!!

They didn't send us a sales guy. They sent out the actual exterminator. He came and did the initial exterminating. This guy was kind of like both the exterminator and the sales guy. The person knows what he is going to do.

Rep gave a thorough analysis of rodent/insect issues. He was very clear as to strategy to deal with the issues. He worked quickly and efficiently. Also thoroughly explained pricing options and contract stipulations for maintenance program. (I noticed this component was criticized in some reviews. ) Overall, very professional, very efficient service!

On the weekend I discovered a tick on our newly purchased house that is on 1.5 acres and has tall trees on three of the four property lines. I sent an email to Eliminate Em Monday morning at around 9.30am and within the next 1/2 hour Chris got back to me. He was on a time sensitive job but he promised to call me within one hour. Within the hour he called me and he happened to be 10 mins from my home. I wasn't at home but he went there straight away, looked at everything and called me back to confirm the property boundaries and to let me know a price. The price was fine so he set to work right away. Prompt, professional and good price. Couldn't ask for more.
Description of Work: We found a tick and various spiders on the property. Some of the spiders were coming inside the house. My main concern was ticks. He used a granular pest control product that would ensure the rain expected in the next few days wouldn't completely wash away a liquid spray.

I would never recommend this company as I felt they don't really care about the customer. $500 for three months of "guarantee" and they have the nerve to give me stipulations before they will come again. What really got me angry is that they didn't even follow up with me to find out how everything was doing and did I need for them to come out again. Instead I hired another company. I think that they should return some of my $500 as they didn't do anything. I wish I could make $500 by doing so little!!! update of 3/13/13: Still no word from Management regarding my complaint. Still expecting a refund!!!
Description of Work: Employee showed up telling me that he will take care of me…he sprayed the chemicals even though he knew they would not work because I had cluttered rooms. (I did not know this) It took him less than 8 minutes to spray a 3-story, 6 room, 2 full bathroom condo. I thought that was awfully quick so I said did you do the bottom floor. He replied that he didn't even know about that. Knowing I have 3 dogs and a Dad with Alzheimer's, he didn't even leave me information regarding the chemicals he was using, which is against the law. He suggested I work on decluttering. I worked very hard and decluttered as much as I could so he came back and again sprayed for less than 10 minutes. I had to call a 3rd time but they then said that because I used bombs in each room (which I explained I tried because the fleas were biting me so bad) to decrease the flea population, my contract was no longer valid. I called the owner and he said that I would have to get a letter from my groomer stating that I had all three dogs flea dipped (which I had been doing regularly) and all of the clutter had to be gone or he would charge me again. I worked so hard decluttering things that I herniated another disc in my neck. I also have two bad shoulders. I called and told him that I had decluttered as best I could. (inherited from my parent's 10-room house) When I explained to the owner that the treatments done were extremely fast for me paying $500. He said he sent his best technician with the most licenses. He didn't even use a mask. The second exterminator used a gas mask and was in my condo for at least 40 minutes each time.

It went well. They were curteous. I had to have them come out a second time because there were a couple more critters, so they put out some more traps. It seems to be getting better. I will continue to use them.

It was a great experience. We live out of state of the property so we just had to trust that they would come and do a good job and do the job they promised. They did, They contacted the tenants of the building that day and informed them of the work that they would be doing. He came out within a day or two, gave us a fair price, which we accepted and had the started immediately. Within a few weeks they had all the squirrels removed and the entrances closed up. We were more than pleased with the work. He contacted us during the job to keep us up to date. The tenants were pleased that we took care of the issue so quickly and efficiently and we owe that all to them.
Description of Work: We had squirrels living in the third floor of a multi family home that we own and Eliminate Em came out set up traps, removed all vermin and closed up all holes in the property. They also recommended we contact the city to cut the trees cut so as not to encourage more problems. We took their recommendation and the city cut the trees down. We have not had any issues since.

The work turned out fine. After they sprayed, I had a few ants come back in so they came back and sprayed and I haven’t seen an ant since. They certainly came back when they said they would and they did a great job! I was pleased with their work! The person who came here was extremely pleasant and helpful!

He came over the next day, at 8 am. Very professional. I know the problem so I was able to determine that he was an expert and knew exactly what to look for and where. I followed him around and he gave me some other free advice about other little problems that were unrelated. He was honest and straight-forward. In the end, he found no evidence of infestation so I was pleased. This is a 70 year old house so he could have tried to show me damage and claimed that it was insects. He did not. I would definitely hire him again if I needed any more help.
