I needed some one to put up two ceiling fans that i purchase use the coupon they had on angies list made the appointment with john they came out to the house and did a great job very please with them

NOTHING could have been better. I called and left a message on Saturday, the owner called me on Sunday to arrange the work. They were on time, polite, knowledgeable, cleaned up, fast, and much less expensive than I thought it would be. Total time was about two hours for two guys.

They couldn't install the cable line where I wanted it so I had to purchase a 25 ft. cable line. They originally quoted me $99 for the work plus the cost of parts, which came out to $55. I was fine with both of those costs. They said they would be able to do all the work for the $99 + parts but they ended up charging me a total of $307, as they said they were here (4) hours, which was not true. If they thought it would take (4) hours, they should have told me this beforehand.

I needed a quote for several electrical services related to a vented gas space heater: 1) bonding of CSST gas tubing; 2) installation of a hard-wired CO2 detector; and 3) installing a dedicated outlet. I got the name of this company from Angie's List, and called for a quote. The fellow who answered my call was very friendly and easy to talk to, and took down all my information, and told me he would call me back the next morning with a quote over the phone. He did exactly that. I did not choose him to do the work because 1) I found another contractor who seemed to offer better service; 2) his quote was about twice what the other two quotes I received were; 3) he did not come by to take a look before offering the quote (this is not a criticism, we agreed on this, as his office is about half an hour from my home, we agreed that if I liked his quote, I would call him back to come by and look directly; however, the other two quoters were more local and both came to look before quoting).

I believe that it all went well. There was a little confusion on my part about exactly what the bid covered but John answered my questions and clarified any points that I didn't understand. The workers were prompt and professional. When the lighting fixture arrived I called John and he sent someone out the next day.I believe that JTN did a professional job and met my requirements.

They were extremely responsive, came within a day to offer a quote and started the work within 5 days. They were professional, prompt and extremely tidy. We would highly recommend this company!

Mr. Nadeau took the time to listen, show catalogs and show all the different ways a job could be handled. He made recommendations and supported the recommendations with evidence base proof. He executed the job quickly and efficiently. The job was finished exactly how he said it would turn out. I am very pleased.

Showed up on time, and completed work in somewhat timely fashion. However, we were completely lied to about how we would be charged for the services. We were never informed that more than one employee would show up and that we would be charged a combination hourly rate for both employees. At best, owner needs to clearly explain this, but he was not at all understanding, and appeared to act very shady when we attempted to discuss the matter with him on the phone. Ultimately, we paid the bill, but will never use him again or recommend him to others.
