I was pleased with the service. The provider scheduled the pick-up for the date and time I requested. He spoke with me on the telephone a couple of times to explain the service and confirm the appointment. Hearrived slightly later than the appointed window of time, but he called to update me on his arrival. He took all the junk I had ready for him and there was no additional cost beyond the original Angie's List purchase price. The workers were efficient and courteous. I would recommend his service.

Juan arrived with his father and went right to work. Both were courteous, efficient and hard-working. The gathering of furniture and other items took about 1.5-2 hours. While waiting for me to write the check, Juan started to sweep the garage. How many servicemen can you remember doing such? I recommend reading the reviews on People's Junk Removal website as well as Angies List, as there are many stellar reviews.

After seeing reviews I suggested Peoples Junk Removal to a friend who lived several states away and in need of junk removal for a relatives home. Even though the town was outside of their service area they agreed to the job and made the experience very easy from phone call to delivery. We had seriously underestimated the amount of items to be removed from clothes to TV to junk from a shed etc and one very full truck turned into 3 very full trucks. Without hesitation the crew devoted their day to fitting in the extra trips between other jobs allowing my friend to leave for home the next day. Very professional, pleasant and helpful.

They called ahead and showed up on time. I liked how responsive and helpful they were. Within a very short time, they had loaded everything into their truck. I'll definitely call them again.

They notified us one hour prior to their scheduled time and arrived a half an hour early. They removed all of the items and cleaned up the area.

When they arrived and saw it was construction debris, they said the removal cost would be twice the deal that I bought i.e., $538.00. I said that they hadn't specified this in their coupon and asked them not to take it.

When removing the hot tub by cutting it into 4 pieces, a surprise hornets' nest was disturbed. I was informed of the problem, several solutions were suggested, and the job was completed that day with no bee stings to anyone involved. I was grateful and impressed by People's Junk Removal's persistence to complete a job with unexpected difficult circumstances.

Arrived on time. Totally professional, courteous. Clearing out my in-laws house. they were totally respectful and went out of their way so as not to damage anything. climbed the stairs to/fm the basement. These guys could not have been nicer. arrived on time, got to work right away no down time. they were gone in 2 hours.

Juan came over promptly to estimate the job and gave the estimate on the spot. We then scheduled the day. He came over on the day specified. The job took longer than expected, so he came back on two other days to finish it. The work was completed prior to the arrival of my replacement shed, so the extra time was not a problem. The work was completed as contracted. Site cleanup was good. I also appreciated that he and his crew used appropriate personal protective equipment, such as goggles, earplugs, and respirators as needed. The final charge came in at the top end of, but within, the estimate; this was acceptable since the job turned out larger than we both expected (they built them well in the old days). I strongly recommend this company as a good value-for-money.

I called for junk removal and spoke with a very professional gentleman. I described the work needed and he quoted me the price. We scheduled a time one week in advance. They called the day of before the scheduled window and asked to come early which was fine with me. The two men who came were polite and efficient. It turns out that I had less than I thought so he said the price would be cheaper. They worked quickly and did a good job. I was pleased with the entire interaction and would certainly use them again.

I had a very large, oddly shaped sofa that I have been trying to remove from my living room. When this sofa was brought into my house several years ago, it took two people almost two hours to get the sofa inside. Doors and door frames had to be removed and walls were damaged. I have been trying to get rid of it for a long time. After many attempts to get someone to move this sofa out, I had just about given up. When I contacted People's Junk Removal, I immediately spoke to Juan the owner. He suggested he come look at it and also suggested a price. He and his son came the next day and for the agreed price, were able to take the sofa out that same day. I was completely in shock to see Juan and his son assess the situation and remove this sofa within 15 minutes without having to remove my doors and without damaging walls! I used People's again a few days later after I had cleaned out a room with computers, TV and other household items. They worked in a very quick and professional manner to haul these items away. Lastly, a few days ago, my neighbor was in a panic because she had to clear out household items to prepare for the selling her house. Although it was very short notice, I suggested People's. She did call and People's was able to help her by coming the next day. I am very impressed with People's and will not hesitate to use their service again.

It all went very well. Scheduling was easy and they were very punctual and professional. I needed a double dresser, single dresser and a desk removed from our second floor. We live in a very old farmhouse with difficult stairs with a tight bend at the bottom. They were extremely careful, took their time and did a great job navigating the furniture without touching the walls or stair railing at all. Impressive work. Very polite. Will recommend them to other people and if I ever need more things removed I will call them for certain.

He came on time after telephoning twice to confirm a time and was extremely courteous and pleasant. He cleaned up the area where the trash was stored and did so with a minimum of fuss.

I call People's Junks Removal, and Juan came the next day at exactly the time he said he would, he called 30 mins. ahead to confirm. His services were very professional, prompt and cordial. Juan showed me the breakdown chart that explains how the fee for service is calculated. He single handled all the hauling with no hesitiation. It was a pleasure to hire someone to do something and not feel ripped off. I would definitely call him again and refer him to friends and family. In fact I made second apontment for other things I need done in myback yard. If you are looking for this type of service I definitely recommend Peoples's Junk Removal services.

Perfectly. Juan agreed to come first thing in the morning, and called beforehand right on time. He showed me their price chart and explained the process and offered to take everything away on the spot. I really wanted to keep the cost down considering all our moving expenses, so I asked Juan to keep it to half a truckful, as several of the boxes were empty and dry, and I thought we might be able to get rid of them on Craig's List or just pack them up for recycling removal next week. But Juan offered to give a discount, even though we clearly filled at least 3/4 of the truck (which would have been $260), and to just do the whole job for $200, which was very reasonable. I would recommend People's Junk Removal to anyone, and since we'll likely have plenty more junk once we unpack the basement, I expect to be calling Juan again soon!
