They were awesome, absolutely awesome. The deal was $139. They charged me exactly that amount. They took everything I could possibly wanted them to take and they were very courteous and prompt and on time. They called me the night before, called me an hour before they were to arrive. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is the second time I used Peoples junk Removal. Both times they called in advance to confirm. they arrived as scheduled. Introduced themselves to me. asked to see what was going so they could load the truck efficiently. Then proceeded to load the truck. they were done and gone in less than an hour. No dings or scratches on any walls. Couldn't be happier.

Juan promised pick-up between 12 & 2PM with 1/2 call before arrival. Called at 12:30 saying they would be here in 30 min. Arrived 12:50. Removed both items in approximately 15min. The couch was difficult to remove because of the size and weight. They lifted it over the stairway bannister and carefully maneuvered it through the inside and outside doors with less than an inch to spare. Walls and woodwork were not rubbed or banged. Very careful.

Once an date for the service was set, they called once they were on their way and arrived when stated. They removed all items I identified for removal including a TV, 2 computer monitors, a microwave and multiple large pieces of assorted junk. They were very professional and pleasant. They worked efficiently and courteously.

The guys were extremely polite and efficient. They arrived right on time after calling with a 15 minute heads up. Quickly assessed the job, gave me the price (cheaper than I expected AND an Angie's List discount!) and went to work. I would definitely use them again and recommend to my friends. They made everything so easy!

They were very efficient. They filled the contracted amount and seeing I had more to clear, took the rest for an additional $50.00. I would use them again.

They were late arriving the first time they came. When they arrived, it was raining and they had not been properly informed by my comments on the Angie's List booking that I needed lawn waste removed. They asked to reschedule for the following Monday. They arrived as scheduled and hauled away more waste and junk than the Angie's list deal included, for no extra charge, for my delays and miscommunication. They were friendly and professional.

Had to delay original appointment but was very accommodating to reschedule. Arrived on time and called 30 minutes before arrival to confirm. Originally paid for $139 special but amount of junk exceeded the original estimate, so new estimate was calculated and paid the difference at the time of job completion. Quickly removed everything in less than an hour including some bigger items. Good service all around.

We had all the junk carefully stacked in the garage and also in the basement. We also had a heavy sofa that we wanted to be brought up from the basement and hauled away. I requested a Saturday morning pick-up and this company was able to do that. Our pick-up was scheduled for 9:00-11:00am, and they called to say that they'd arrive closer to 11:00. Two men arrived with a truck and proceeded to load everything as directed. There was no problem whatsoever and we feel that the $75 additional charge to carry a heavy sofa up from the basement and load it onto a truck was very reasonable. They were efficient, professional, pleasant and even swept up the areas afterward. The whole job went like clockwork and we are very pleased.

I bought this service from Angie's list big deals. It was great. They contacted me right away. My appointment was scheduled between 12 and 2. He called me at 12 noon and told me they were on their way and when to expect them. Arrived just as they said. I had an old, 60" tv that was heavy and big. They worked very hard to get it out of my house, and NEVER even touched the walls or my door. I couldn't believe it. I had a couple of family members here when they moved it out and they were so impressed by how well they did. They told me upfront that there would be a surcharge for TVs and mattresses so that was no surprise--it is the disposal fee--so that was no surprise. I highly recommend these people and would absolutely use them again for removal of unwanted items.

The gentlemen called us before they got here to tell us that they were on their way to the house, arrived on time, and then they quickly removed our trash items. It couldn't have gone more smoothly and we plan on rehiring them in the Spring. The price was fair, they were 100% efficient, pleasant and professional, and we are delighted with their services.

Juan gave me a ring well inside the arrival window and indicated they'd be a little late due to traffic. I appreciated their call in advance when they knew they would arrive a little bit after the scheduled arrival window. Upon arrival, Juan (and Juan) were great. They provided a friendly greeting once they got out of the truck and we reviewed what needed to be done. It was quick and thorough. If we have a need for junk hauling in the future, we won't hesitate to use them.

Prompt, courteous and pleasant to deal with. Had more room in truck for extra hauling, communicated that they would be delayed. Showed up within the new given time frame, easy to communicate with.

I went very well, They gave us an estimate, loaded our junk quickly and completed the removal in less than 1/2 hour.

Juan and his son arrived and we explained what we wanted done in our garage and basement. They gave us an estimate of the work to be done and gave us a fair price based on the amount if material to be removed. They began work promptly and were very friendly and personable. After they finished they swept the area and left it clean. We were very pleased with their service, and without hesitation we would recommend them to anyone needing junk removal service.

The experience as a whole was as good as I could have expected. Juan came out and inspected the job requirements, and we agreed on the price and work to be done with the caveat that because the log pile which we had being removed was spread out and covered by Pachysandra - the exact scope of work was unknown, but Juan laid out a couple of scenarios based on volume that he could fit into a truck, and I was happy with the numbers quoted me, and I also know the wood was very heavy from years of being damp, so we went with a couple of scenarios, but I thought the price was fair. Juan and another crew member came out to the house the day after the estimate and performed all of the work in 2 runs to dispose of the wood. The site was left clean and the guys cleaned up everything.

The guys from People's Junk Removal were great. They phoned ahead before they came and arrived on time. They were clear with their pricing and stuck to their estimate when everything was completed
