Cleaning out a hoarder's house for that hoarder's return, the two-man crew from Junkluggers helped us "plan our attack." As we sorted through items, they worked tirelessly to haul out everything we needed to remove:garbage, recyclables, donatable clothing and other items,scrap metal and electronics. They could have hauled everything out of the house in a day or two, but we needed to work in stages due to our limited schedule and they have accommodated that -- coming to the house multiple times with just a week or less notice each time and hauling out one load at a time. The service saved our backs and has allowed us to concentrate on other aspects of getting the home ready. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

When I called the office to make the appointment the customer service rep told me the prices ranged from around $150 to just under $700 depending on how much of the truck you could fill. There might be labor extra at $100 per hour if needed to dismantle, etc. Based on this I asked the company to come. When they came I was told that the prices I had been quoted were in fact for PER FOOT of their truck so my job which I thought would be about $800 would be closer to $1800! When I complained they offered to drop the price on the spot to $1200, but even that was too expensive plus they had lost credibility in my eyes. I sent them away.

Arrived on time. I showed them what was to be removed. They worked fast and efficiently. No damage to walls or staircases when carrying down items. Very professional.

My only complaint, and it's a tiny one, is that they didn't respond to email, I had to call them to get the job scheduled.

They were late but they did call and ask me if they could be late and how late they could be. It was fine and I didn't care. I feel if I would have pressed them they would have made an effort to get there sooner. They were very polite and very responsive to what I said. They were really good. They were fast but not too fast. I had a huge french door that they took and donated it to Housing Works for me. I was very pleased with they did with the stuff that I gave them and I gave them a lot of really nice stuff. Additionally, I asked if they would bring a very cumbersome dresser and mirror set from my brother's home to my mine in the process. They were more than willing!! They really went above and beyond to provide the best service for me. Finally, they are very vet friendly company. 3/4 of their local office staff are all vets.

They are very reasonable. The guys were had were just so nice. They picked up all that stuff and hauled it all out of here. so I felt that was more then worth what I spent for it.

The Junk Luggers team was great. It is a great service for getting all your old stuff out, as well as the fact that they do the lugging! The guys that came, Chris and Chris, were prompt, courteous and professional. They took worked quickly and efficiently and were friendly to talk to. I would recommend Junk Luggers to anyone!

I like that they will come and get furniture and larger things I need to get rid of and if they can they will donate or consign the items. They are very professional and their prices are reasonable. I will continue to use The Junkluggers.

They come and take things out of your condo and house. They are great. They are very reliable.

The experience was excellent. They arrived on time, surveyed the volume of the furniture and quoted a maximum price. They then removed all the pieces carefully including a large awkward bar. The final price was the amount they quoted but they honored the Angie's list coupon I had purchased and I saved over $100. The only problem that we experienced was that initially they had trouble getting their insurance company to fax an insurance certificate to the building management. Once this was done everything went well.

The guys who showed up were courteous and diligent. The worked hard for 3 hours removing construction debris, and we could not have asked for a better outcome.

We called their office the day before we needed the house emptied. They agreed to send four men and two trucks to empty the house. They showed up early in the morning on time and gave us an estimate for the move. They filled 4-5 truckloads and emptied the house as we had hoped. In the 80 degree heat, the men worked efficiently with few breaks and finished late in the day. Clearing out the basement using a narrow stairway was a most exhausting job for them. I highly recommend the company.

I made an app't online. I estimated that my loan would be $250.00. They came on time the next day. Quickly removed my sofa, loveseat and very, very large cabinet TV. 'Rather than charging me the $250.00 I estimated, they charged me the minimum $100. They could have charged me the $250.00 I estimated but they did not.
