Quick phone call resulted in a next-day appointment. The crew was punctual, quoted me a price which was less than I expected. They loaded the truck within a matter of minutes and took my credit card on the spot. All considered this could not have been any easier. Staff was friendly and professional.

Amazing! Aurelio and Nick showed up to give me an estimate, and I ended up having them remove my couch. They were very professional, competent and really nice guys. Great experience, and I would highly recommend.

The mattress removal provided the opportunity to have several pieces of furniture removed also, and as Junkluggers seeks to donate as many non-fabric items as possible to their network of charities, etc., this seemed the best way to "centralize" the process. They were professional, courteous, efficient - all over great. I would use them again in a second and highly recommend them.

Very professional. At all times, someone watched to make sure they were not scratching or denting walls. Disassembled any and all items. I would have them back again!

The two men were very polite . The lead man was a 'doer' but his assistant needed frequent re-direction and was repeatedly distracted by the lead person calling him to another room, so their time management and efficiency could be improved. The price quotes on line can be misleading, it does not seem to show an additional charge for stairs or 'labor' Be sure to clarify the surcharges with the person who calls to remind you of your appointment. I did speak to Zack , who is working to improve and polish the services that this NYC junkluggers provides and he was very receptive to feedback and did his best equilibrate what surcharges were reasonable and which were not posted correctly. I would recommend junkluggers , they did what they were supposed to do and were on time and polite. I did have to revisit the rooms they were working in just to make sure all was clear before they left. They offer a very needed and easy to schedule on line service

They did fine. They came and picked it all up. We didn't have a huge interaction with them.

Basically all went well and they did donate almost all of the items. They were professional and quick. The only issue I had with them is that they had promised a full truck and arrived with 1/4 of the truck filled with another pick up from an earlier customer. A bureau which I requested be taken could not fit in the truck. I called the company and they said they occasionally miscalculate and another pick up could be made the following Monday. This cost me an additional $160. I believe they should not have charged for this mistake. My suggestion to future customers, make sure if you PAY for a full truckload that the truck arrives empty!

I can't remember all the details, but I remember that we were very satisfied. This was an Angie's List Big Deal and it was a good deal indeed.

They work really hard and provide great service. They’re a little pricey but I think they were great. They were responsible and were willing to put any furniture that is in good condition up for charity.

Arranged with Junk Luggers to pick up an old fridge at my business and then go from there to my home which is 1 mile apart. Both employees were very professional, introduced themselves upon arrival, and went over everything with me prior to any removal. Proceeded to my home and picked up another fridge and several bags of old VCR tapes that my father had put together at my request. Unfortunately, he bagged ALL the tapes without checking them, as I had asked. When I got home late that night, I realized he had inadvertently also given away our home videos of my daughter as a toddler. I was beside myself. I called at midnight and left a message about the error and also sent an e-mail to them. I called again 1st thing in the morning and told my story to a young man who answered the phone. He assured me he would get in touch with the drivers and find my videos. They found all bags of the video tapes, drove to Redding, and went through all the movies until I found the precious tapes of my daughter (which, of course, were in the last bag we searched). Unbelievable! Cannot thank them enough, and believe me, am now telling this story to all my friends and business associates! Will most definitely, use again!

They are professional and resonably priced. They were very quick and efficent.

They called to say they were running late about a half hour but still within their window. I had all my junk in the driveway. This was my choice as I was cleaning out and wanted it out of my way. I had a little more than expected and was not certain if they could take it all or if the price would change. They took it all and there was no difference in price and it was exactly what I was quoted. They reviewed all that I had to see what could be donated, recycled, etc. Driveway was clean in no time flat. Definitely will use again.
