Description of Work: Junkluggers took away 6 items in 2 consecutive days. IF the items are donated, the donner receives a tax deduction receipt for each item. Also, not stated by the firm, but heard from a former "insider" I've learned that a lot of the items picked up are then sold. I realize that Junkluggers may not want anymore business from me having stated the above.

Description of Work: Efficient and courteous service, advance estimate of costs. Remaining to be seen is the donation of items which would be otherwise picked-up by charities.

Description of Work: The service is excellent. The drivers were clean and professional and did a great clean out job. My only negative is that I selected them because of the environmental benefit and recycling services they provide as part of their junk removal. I did not see any evidence of any of my furniture being donated or recycled. If I were just going to have everything taken to the dump I probably could have saved money with another provider. They did an excellent job but I think they are too pricey if most of the stuff is not being repurposed or recycled.

Description of Work: They came on time, and picked up the garbage that I left on my driveway, and hauled it away. They did a great job and I would use their services in the future.

Description of Work: I had some things to throw away in the basement and out in the yard that were too big for me to do myself. Junkluggers called a day before they were to come, and again 20 minutes before they arrived. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. In and out in no time.It was a pleasure.

Description of Work: My wife and I were moving from a three bedroom house with an attic and a basement to a two bedroom apartment in Manhattan with little closet and no storage space. We had to get rid of 38 years worth of possessions including furniture, cooking utensils, garden tools (including a lawn mower), bags of mortar mix - an unbelievable amount of stuff. Junk Luggers came with two trucks, but only needed one and there was no charge for the other. They could easily have worked it so that they used two trucks and charged more. They took stuff that our local garbage people refused to take. They were friendly and professional. They are the best. They also donate and recycle as much stuff as possible.
