Description of Work: Replaced 5 windows. Quality of the windows is excellent but they did not do anything to restored damaged shingles to the exterior when they replaced one of the rotted frames.

Description of Work: The Company made installation of 4 windows. The promise was to do it early in January. The service was provided 1.5 months later. The price is very high. I used Renewable by Anderson only because our community has a very high standards of external window appearance. I will use this service again by the same reason. The quality of work and materials is very good so far. Let me provide a better estimation in 10 years. One more thing to notice is the sales person was annoying. It is not a big deal though.

Description of Work: This provider representative comes in to home for initial meeting and takes measurements. The tech representative comes after contract is signed and re-measures. When the windows are built and shipped to the provider they come in to install. They move furniture or any items that are in the way of any window to be installed and replace everything once a window is finished, so there is no moving that needs to be done by the homeowner. They never leave any mess or debris either inside or outside the home at days end...window treatments are removed and then replaced (same day.) Windows are installed one at a time...customer is never left with an open window or shades/drapes left off at work days end. The installers are pleasant to have around, make little noise and waste no time whatsoever. | |This is an amazing operation. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are fast, efficient and do very high quality work.

Description of Work: They replaced all my windows and put in three sets of French doors. They replaced window frames with oak frames where required. Workmanship was perfect. I had the work done under two contracts in two years. They were late most mornings because of the traffic on southbound Route 95 in CT. I expected that as I drive that route, and for trucks, there is no way around it. They stayed late every night to complete the work of the day.

Description of Work: we did not use them. we didn't like their style of selling at all. first, they came an hour late. then, we told them we wanted to get to a price quickly, as we had other things we had to do. he said "sure, sure", and then proceeded to take THREE HOURS in what was an extended infomercial. when he finally gave us a price, it was very high; but he said if we signed up right then and there, it would be $10,000 less. If we thought about it for even a day, the offer was off the table. We told him that we didn't appreciate these kinds of pressure tactics, especially in the case of a major investment, and then showed him the door.
