very detailed. explained well and told us that we would have a couple coming in and out but that if we saw them that he would come back and fix it. Sometimes one service call does not fix it, so they will come back for a second one. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Northeast for service to take care of a yellow jacket nest inside an exterior wall of my home. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and appoint was set around my schedule. The exterminator arrived promptly and knew exactly what he was doing -- very courteous and professional. Good explanation of what he was doing and why, what I should expect, and to call back if any problems post treatment. After 2 days, all signs of the infestation are gone.

Excellent service. We called and got up an immediate appointment. He arrived and explained clearly what our options were. The service provided was done timely and at a good rate. Quality individual.

We asked for someone to come out and give us an estimate. John Torre came punctuality to the appointment and explained the infestation signs, what they would do and that there would be a 90-day warranty on their work with free re-spraying if we saw any signs of live ants in those 90 days. We made an appointment for the spraying with a two-hour window, between 8-10AM. I had a last-minute schedule change and left them a late night message and got a call-back first thing next morning. They came promptly and seem to have done a thorough job as we have not seen any sign of live ants or new sawdust piles. We are very satisfied.

They were polite and everything went well. We have a recurring problem and I have to call someone every once in a while.

They came out as scheduled. I think that their service guy was informed about the problems we faced at home. He seemed to care about what he was doing. We had an immediate positive result and the little ants disappeared. We haven't seen any evidences about the problems for which we contacted them. They were quite good.

To date, three month's later, there is no indication that mice have returned. The service was professional with Doug coming each time on time, calling to confirm, wiping his shoes as entering, cleaning up and returning the attic pull-down staircase. I would definitely use Northeast Exterminating again and have recommended them to friends. However, before calling again, I would set traps myself. For some reason, I thought there would be more to ridding the area of mice than setting traps. Perhaps I was lucky more was not needed. I used this company based on a recommendation. The cost seemed a bit high and he did come three times., Also, I have been out of the country for several years, so have nothing to compare it with and I was anxious to get the problem solved. I was able to use the Angie's Member coupon.

I had a prompt response from the company regarding a problem with mice. The program was explained clearly and it was easy to ask questions. The service man, Doug, was here the next day to do the first service of putting out poisons and showing me where they needed to go. He returned a month later to assess the bait trays etc and to put down more poisons. As far as we know the problem was resolved. I will have them back this fall to check for any further evidence and to put out trays one more time before the weather gets cold. I have recommended them to friends.

Terrific service. They came and gave me an estimate the day I called. Per their advice, I decided to wait and scheduled an appointment a month or so later so that I got the most bang for my buck. They were on-time/early for the actual appointment. Very easy to work with. They have a 30 day guarantee. They encouraged me to call back if need be. I did call back since I still had some ants in a few places after a week. They came right over. So far, so good!

Came back for follow up 2 weeks later; refilled traps. They did not push service; but recommended periodic maintenance to keep problem under control. Company representative returned my call very promptly. Set up an appointment the next day, and were flexible about meeting my time constraints. (They showed up at 7:30 am, so that I could leave for work by 8:30 am.) They did a thorough job spraying, and offer a 30-day warranty. We will see how the results are over the next 2 weeks.

Tony arrived on time and was quick and efficient. Unfortunately it poured later that day, and continued raining for a few days, so he had to come back to re-spray the outside. We haven't seen an ant since he came. I like their 90 day guarantee, rather than signing a contract for work that may not be necessary. Their prices were about the same as other places I called.

Treatment is working well, they give a 90 day guarantee and will retreat if ants re-appear in that time, would use them if need be, prompt and courteous; used them before once in distant past when I bought a house.

NOBODY WANTS TO HAVE THEM IN, BUT IF YOU NEED SOMEONE THEY WOULD BE THE ONES TO GIVE A CALL TO. THEY WERE RESPONSIVE, AND THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE HELPFUL AND EFFECTIVE.

JOHN, THE SERVICE MAN, IS VERY NEAT AND POLITE. HE TAKES OFF HIS SHOES AFTER ENTERING THE DOOR. HE DOES HIS JOB RIGHT AND QUICKLY. I RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYBODY.
