Description of Work: It was fine. Just fine. They were not especially nice or thorough. Nothing bad happened but it wasn't that great either, which is why I rated as such. I do remember having a hard time scheduling with them.

Description of Work: They showed up promptly, got to work, and did a thorough job of cleaning. When their scheduler heard we were expecting company, she sent us three cleaners for three hours to make sure our home was ready for guests. We were very pleased.

Description of Work: They showed up over an hour late (claimed due to car trouble) tried to leave early but when I pointed out they started late they stayed. One of the women coped an attitude when I pointed out the time issue and when asked to clean areas they missed. The other woman was wonderful and as accommodating as one could wish.

Description of Work: Decent cleaning, reasonable pricing, however, very unprofessional owner/manager who cancelled multiple times at the last minute. I finally decided to end my service with them after they did not show up for the regularly scheduled bi-weekly cleaning and did not contact me and never returned my calls or emails.
