I have not have them back but it's not their problem...my problem. They were fine.

Called for quote of move in cleaning, representative of company called me back right away and gave me the information needed. While I have not moved yet, I do plan to use their company. Very professional on the phone and hope their work is as well!

When I initially booked the appointment to have my house professionally cleaned, I was asked to make a list of everything I wanted done. When Maria and her team arrived, I gave her the list, showed her around the house and explained everything I would like done. Two hours later, Maria came to tell me that everything was all taken care of. Not only did they take care of everything on my list, they did so much more that I didn't even expect or ask for. There are no words to describe how great Maria and her team are. They went above and beyond my expectations, and I recommend them highly, and without reservation. Their attention to detail is incredible, and they were prompt, kind and courteous. I will, without doubt, be using them again!

This is a great cleaning service and I would highly recommend them. They are ALWAYS on time or a few min. early. They accommodate every request and are reasonably priced for the excellent work they do. We have a baby and three dogs, so it is a chaotic environment, but they are always pleasant and understanding. We feel lucky to have found them!

Went great. Arrived as scheduled and performed the job well. Very trustworthy and professional will use them again for other properties. Cost as quoted, no surprises.

They did very good work and I was happy with the service.

At first they were great, showed up on time and were very thorough. But as time went on, they started coming very late and then not at all! I called this past week to see what was going on, with no response. Not sure what's happening, but I wouldn't recommend them.

I bought the Angie's big deal. It's really a good deal! $149 for 6 hours worth of cleaning. The contact person Johanna was responsive. They arrived on time and did a great job! I will definitely use them again in the future.

It worked out fine. She had 3 people with her and they spent a little bit over 2 hours but she only charged me for the 2 hours. They did a good job. She was on time. She was very polite and very professional. She did a great job. If I need a team, I would call her. The only thing is that if she stayed a little bit longer, the price was a little bit high I thought. I would use her again but I should know ahead of time that I have to pay a little bit more but it was not her fault. It was my fault because of the size of the house. She called me the night before I called her. It was like 3 weeks ahead of time and I told her exactly what I needed. They came here on time and immediately, her staff started cleaning without hesitation.

Maria promply returned my email inquiry (within less than 24 hours) and we made an appointment several weeks in advance (after my kids returned to college). On the evening prior, she called to confirm time and date. She and her team of 3, arrived as agreed, and the workers started immediately. Maria accompanied me, room-by-room and took notes on what I needed done. Since the house is rather large, I did not expect her to clean the entire home, even with 3 workers, working together for 2 hours. She did finish a little over the 2 hour time limit, and did not charge me any extra. I am not sure if I like the "swat team" approach to cleaning, but it worked for me this first time - my goal: help clean a post-summer messy house, which I would try to mantain down the road. I had cleared off all of the shelves and counters and prepared the house ahead of time for easy access to dusting, etc. However, I did find Maria's rate rather high for extended hourly cleaning, which I probably could have used, but decided it was too expensive. All in all - it was a good experience, they did a good job, and they were very professional. I would call on her again if I needed a quick clean. However, I still prefer a single cleaning person, who I would employ on an every two week basis. Again, the "swat team" approach did great after 2 months of living with 2 teen-age boys. There was no way that I could have kept up with the proper cleaning while kids were home, so indeed, I was pleased.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good; I had no complaints. We had used them before we hired them for the Big Deal. We also had them give us a price on additional work we needed done, but I thought their price was too high so I did not use them for that.

They did what we asked and they did it well.

They are very good. They were very professional and did a very good job with everything. I would recommend them. The price of the big deal was great, I think they are a little expensive out of that.

I had purchased the 6 hr cleaning for $149.00 and they had not finished in the time frame so an additional hour cost me $90.00 for 2 people

They did a very good job. The house needed more work, so we had 2 people stay for an additional 2 hours on top of the deal price. We also had them back two weeks later to clean again. We plan to use them regularly to augment our live in house cleaner.

Never answered phone calls or emails.

I saw their van on the road and figured I wouuld call. they were flexible with my schedule and booked me at my convenience - both for estimate and cleaning date! They showed up on time and got done promptly and efficiently!

I'm very pleased with their service, and have recommended them to many of my friends.

They are fine. So far, they have been reliable and relatively thorough. I have not compared their prices with other companies.

I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.
