It went well. They were very polite and courteous and they worked hard. They even interacted with my son, who is two years old.

great. we just moved into the house and windows and bathrooms had not been cleaned in years. Marias crew did a great job.

Provider changed schedules 3 times and finally came at a time when I am not available at home. But, I tried to reach with in an hour and never showed up. Hence they cancelled this order.

They emptied all selves and wiped down all cupboards and floor boards. they washed the walls from dirt from my three dogs. They tidied everything back up and put everything right back into the places that I had them. They vacuumed, dusted, and mopped all of my floors from the kitchen to the bedroom and living room.

It was good. They were easy to plan. They came and they did their work. It was pretty good. They didn't finish our house but I think they got it in to the 4 hours. It was good. Everything from setting up the appointment to them arriving and giving us a quote for was a very good service. It was clean. We did not spend anymore for the deal.

Maria's creates the impression of a professional cleaning service. My first contact was with Johanna, who came over to provide an estimate. She told me that cleaning would take 2 1/2 to 3 hours with two people. In fact, the first cleaning took more than three hours even though I had recently had another cleaning service in to service the house. But from that point, things became disappointing. Over the course of a half dozen or so visits, the time spent dropped steadily. Three weeks ago, two people were here for only two hours. Today, a crew of three showed up and were getting ready to leave after an hour and 10 minutes. I was surprised that they were on the way out so quickly and asked them to wax both of the dining tables. No problem. Two wax jobs in five minutes . . with Briwax? I don't think so. What was equally annoying was that even though I asked for the same people each time, that was not always the case. So more than once I had to give instructions about the specifics of what I wanted to be done. No one from today's crew had even been here before. Their goal was to get out as quickly as possible. Maria's people all wear attractive uniforms and drive vehicles with Maria's Cleaning nicely displayed on the outside. Unfortunately, that image is not matched by the job they do. Good first impression. After that, not so hot. They won't be coming back here again.

They did an excellent job with the cleaning. They said they would be there between 8:30am and 9am. Got there at 9:20. Not a big deal but in my world, late is late. We used Maria's as part of a Big Deal and it was to clean my in-laws kitchen and bathroom as a surprise for them as they were away. They are elderly and cannot keep up with the cleaning like they used to do so we took it into our own hands. As I said Maria's crew did excellent work and the in-laws were happy! We had an issue completely unrelated to the work which was done excellently. I dealt with this privately with the company and it was resolved to my satisfaction. It will in no way affect my decision to use them again and would recommend them highly.

After repeated phone calls, and emails that were not returned. She has finally contacted me back and just let me know she doesn't service my area. I did my research and the profile said that she serviced the area I needed but now is saying that she does not.

Provided a $750 estimate for an initial cleaning of a 2800 square foot house. When I asked how many cleaners would be included in that price, I was told two. Even if they worked an 8-hour day, which would be excessive given the size of our home and the fact that I was told that they would not be arriving first thing in the morning, that would equate to at least $50/hour/person. Evidently, that's what they believe house cleaners in Weston should be making. Unfortunately, I don't. I called twice and emailed to cancel the first appointment. They never responded back to either forms of communication.

I was looking for a cleaning service to scrub a house that I recently purchased. I asked for an estimate over the phone, which was pretty expensive, so I went with the Angie's List special of 8 cleaning hours for $199. I asked for the price to have them stay after the 8 hours, the person told me it would be $45/person/hour after that, which is outrageous (equivalent of $90,000/year). Because I only had 8 hours, I gave them a priority list and asked them only to do things lower on the list one the other things were finished. The house had a large kitchen and a small kitchen. The priority order was: 1) Both kitchens including appliances cabinets drawers etc. 2) The walls and doors 3) Vacuum rooms with carpeting There were problems right away. I left for a little bit and came back to find one person cleaning the kitchen and the other person washing the floors. Washing the floors was never mentioned, so I told them not to, although they did it anyway. When they "finished" they said they cleaned one kitchen entirely, and the other kitchen mostly except for the oven. When I checked, however, the fridge in the 2nd kitchen was disgusting, and clearly had not been cleaned. I did not check the quality of the cleaning in the first kitchen, but assumed it was good as one person spent the entire time there cleaning. Well my wife went back the next day and the cabinets and drawers were still pretty filthy. Some cabinets had coffee grinds in them. She had to wipe out all of the drawers. Except for the oven and the fridge in the first kitchen, it was not a quality job, and I clearly could have done better myself. I would not recommend them as they are expensive to begin with, more expensive if you want more hours, did not listen to what I asked them to do, and did not do a good job.

I started using Maria's cleaning service about a year ago. When the service started they were fantastic. The team that cleaned was very polite, punctual, and thorough. Communicating with Johanna was easy and worked well. Over time however, dealing with Johanna has been increasingly frustrating. She doesn't return calls or emails. I have had three appointments cancelled without notice. The original team of cleaners was great but then they have another group that doesn't clean well and rushes through the work without cleaning properly. When trying to schedule a regular cleaning I am addressed in a manner as if I am not the customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere. They start out strong but then the service deteriorates over time. Save yourself the disappointment.

Very professional and they did an ok job not bad but not the best.

The house wasn't cleaned well. We provided a list of areas we wanted clean in priority order. They cleaned most of the spaces but didn't do a very complete job anywhere. As an example, the kitchen cabinets were sticky after they finished.

Pros: Cleaned the oven, microwave and inside of refrigerator. Wiped down kitchen cabinets and office built-in cabinets. Cons: Missed a majority of large cobwebs/ dust on the walls, corners of ceiling and floors throughout (even though we mentioned this to them beforehand since the home was unoccupied for 3 months). Tub/shower had hair in it . Dust and dirt in the majority of corners of hard wood floors and bathrooms. Dust on ceiling fans. We paid for 10 hours of service and really only got the kitchen cleaned and the bathrooms wiped down. Should have been a fairly simple to take care of very noticeable things such as dust & cobwebs hanging from the walls and ceiling considering no furniture was in the home. Very disappointing.

Communication was prompt and polite; I just wasn't in need of the service.

Was very happy with the job. When they arrived I explained the arras that were the most important. Everything was cleaned.

It was great, two women showed up right on time and performed all the work that was asked and some that wasn't asked. They were very nice and professional.

They are extremely nice and punctual, professional as well. However, there is no attention to detail. It is not a "white glove" cleaning, unfortunately. Many areas were missed. I wish it was better because I really like the owner. She just needs to kick it up a notch. Also, the ladies she sends out barely speak English, which is a bit frustrating because I can't communicatee with them.

Performed services that were requested. Overall very good house cleaning.

The service was good and they did the best within the time and what was requested. I have decided to move ahead with them for a bi-weekly cleaning service as they are safe and reliable.
