+ -1 moreThe provider did a thorough check up on our large geothermal system which consists of 8 zones. With lots of knowledge and experience in geothermal systems, he explained patiently how components in the system work together. As soon as he was told the broken unit was covered under warranty, he worked independently with the unit carrier to have the repair work covered at no cost to us. Upul was professional and pleasant. We will definitely use him again.
Description of Work: The provider performed maintenance service on our large geothermal system. He fixed an issue on one of the geothermal units which was found defective during the check up.
