+ -1 moreWe had to call them repeatedly to come and get our new air conditioner to work. They did come at least 3 times, but they never did get it right. They were very hard to deal with and their customer service was not responsive, and I thought they were rude. It eventually cost us another $1400 with another company in order to get it working.
Description of Work: They retro-fitted our house for central air conditioning. They had to do all new duct work. The unit didn't work after they were done and they were unable to get it to work. We have an 1800 square foot house.
