He was courteous and professional and gave me a reasonable quote to complete the job outlined. He came out a few weeks later and completed the job as promised. He and his team were polite, cleaned up upon completion and the Chimney looks great. He said if I had waited any longer it would have been a much bigger problem. The work was incomplete, and when I requested an invoice and pictures, I received the pictures immediately but had to wait days for the invoice. When it finally came, it was clearly doctored?showing work that wasn't completed and pricing that didn?t match what I was told. I had to call them five times to speak with her, who was unhelpful and clearly didn't know how to do her job.
