there was a couple of malfunctions with equipment that was not fault of Teddy Bear it just happens so rescheduling was necessary. the Owner apologized and was able to rectify and offer a discount due to the inconveniences. We would definitely use this professional again.

Matt did an outstanding job on rugs that have been used by many a dog. He even came back a 2nd time at no additional cost to make sure the urine smell was gone. Highly recommend Teddy Bear Carpet Care.

Perfectly. Matt Taylor, owner, was professional, courteous and thorough. He was extremely prompt in getting in touch with me when I contacted him through Angie's List and in setting up and conducting a free in-home estimate of the work I wanted done. While doing so I learned of a number of other cleaning services that he was able to perform and was delighted as I have had a lot of difficulty finding a business to do these deep cleaning jobs. And, so I was delighted about the number for things I actually needed to have done and which his business could take care of for me. Service date was set up promptly and at a time convenient for me. I recommend this business without reservation!

Matt is a true professional that does quality work. We had carpeting that hadn't been cleaned for 15+years. We doubted that it would ever come clean but we called Matt to look at the job. Matt was very easy to work with and did a great job cleaning the carpets. It looks almost brand new and we are very happy with the results. Matt even came back to help remove blocking under the furniture. We would highly recommend Teddy Bear Carpet Care for all carpet cleaning needs.

Cleaned two rooms of carpeting. One guy came in. He was thorough, kind, and careful with is work. He did an outstanding job and his prices were reasonable. We thoroughly enjoyed him. We have had him a couple of times.

Matt did an excellent job! When we first moved into this house 12 years ago, we'd had the carpet professionally cleaned by Stanley Steemer. We were rather disappointed in the result, but they were cleaner than before they came in. Since then, I'd used my own upright carpet cleaning machine. There are a couple of high-traffic areas that really needed attention. It is a rather light-colored rug, so I was a bit skeptical that there would be much improvement but Matt did a terrific job cleaning these areas. When we moved in, the living room had a few stains that appeared to be permanent. Stanley didn't get them clean, and my upright didn't do any better. I told Matt we expected to replace the carpet before long, so he shouldn't worry too much about the stains. Well, Matt was able to get the spots cleaned anyway! The carpet itself has little wear, so now we don't even have to replace it! Finally, Matt noticed two small spots that had been slightly bleached in our bedroom. He noticed them and used a marker of some sort to match the rest of the carpet. Now the bleached spots are no longer visible. He did warn me that it might wear off over time, but that's okay with me. We'll just have it re-touched if needed - but for now, I don't have to see those spots that bugged me. I highly recommend Matt and Teddy Bear Carpet Care.

Wonderful, there was some problems with the carpet being so old and dirty, but NOT the service and they came back twice to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend them to anyone and plan on using them again soon.

arrived on time and cleaned and deodorized living room and bedroom. Only took an hour and half and both came out so beautifully. He took his time on the tough spots and got them super clean.

I have never done a professional carpet cleaning since I moved to my condo a few yrs. ago and after seeing the good reviews for this cleaner I contacted him. He gave me an appt. right away and was here at the agreed time. He took time to walked around and tell me what he could do to my carpets and what will not work. He did a great job cleaning them because my carpets are kind of old. But after he was done, the carpets looked excellent compare to how they were. I will continue using his cleaning services and will recommend him to my friends.

He was very professional and friendly. Got to work and finished up the job very quickly, but throughly. He carefully moved bedroom furniture aside so all areas of the carpet could be cleaned. He was very responsive via email and provided a quote based on room dimensions. The final cost came in lower than what he quoted and ended up being very competitive with a big name company.

Mike did an excellent job cleaning our couches 2 years in a row. We have had trouble with pet stains and he has gotten them out each year. Our couches always look beautiful when he is done. He is always timely and courteous. Would highly recommend his services.

This was the third time I have used Teddy Bear Carpet Care, and the work Matt Taylor does has always been first class. I have five cats and the cats both shed their fur and vomit furballs. I of course clean up, but after awhile things just get to the point where professional cleaning is needed. Matt always returns phone calls quickly, schedules the work within just a few days (most recently, it was two days), and arrives on time or calls if he is delayed. He is very professional and personable, and he answers my questions thoroughly. I recommend Teddy Bear Carpet Care highly.
