I was able to quickly schedule my cleaning appointment and Angelina was pleasant to deal with. I was satisfied with the level of cleaning done by the two young women, Jessica and Pamela. They were friendly and respectful.

They were okay. It wasn't fabulous and it wasn't great. Their pricing was reasonable. It was inexpensive.

There were 2 women who arrived with all the cleaning supplies and proceeded to clean the entire house - 4 bedrooms, living room, library, kitchen, dining room, family room and one bedroom apartment. They were fast and very thorough. I will definitely contact them again for spring cleaning.

I communicated with the owner, Angelina, on the phone and through emails. Angelina answered any questions or concerns promptly and professionally. I bought this service for my 86 year old father as a Christmas present. Angelina sent Erika who arrived on time and did a fantastic job cleaning my father's house. This was a $249 big deal purchase. I wasn't impressed. They talked about doing the oven and refrigerator and did not touch either one of them. They said there would be a minimum of eight hours between the two. It was less than eight hours. It was seven hours. When you figure it out it was, like, $35 an hour. That was not competitive or great. I was right in the house and they threw things out without asking me. They threw away casters underneath the legs of my dining room table when they were vacuuming. If they had any questions I was right there so I was surprised. To get a better grade from me they could do what they said. They said they would be there for eight hours and if you combine the hours they were only here seven hours, that's 12 percent less. It said right in the description they would take care of the oven and the refrigerator, but they didn't. If they couldn't do it they should not have said it.

Great! Both of the cleaners were polite and courteous and did an excellent job. I was especially impressed with the good work they did eliminating dog and cat hair. The posting said they would not provide cleaning supplies, so I had mine ready, but they brought some of their own.

Showed up on time, stayed the full 2h, did a great job!

Everything went great. She was punctual, friendly, and got a lot of work done within the time frame I needed.

Did an excellent job. Arrived when scheduled. Worked hard. Made sure there wasn't anything else I needed them to do for me before leaving. Only slight drawback - cleaning folks didn't speak / understand English. Needed to communicate my requests through their office.

The woman was incredibly professional and hard-working.

Made initial contact promptly, and was able to meet our first choice which was 12/23 for Christmas entertaining. Service was very good.

We got off to a little bit of a bumpy start because the cleaning crew arrived an hour late due to heavy traffic on I-95, they stated. However the job they did in cleaning my house was excellent. I easily forgave their tardiness because the cleaning crew I got was professional, energetic and hard working. When my time limit was almost up, the room the cleaners were working on was not finished. The employee who came to pick them up, saw this and jumped in to help finish the job. They all were courteous, asked my concerns before the job was started and absolutely cleaned up to and beyond my expectations. Would definitely use them again.

Provider's representative came on time and discussed with me how I wanted her to proceed. This was not an easy task as I had been ill for some months and everything except the bathroom needed work. I verbally gave her a general idea about dusting, vacuuming, floor mopping, and said whatever she could fit in before she left would be enough. She worked very hard, doing all I had asked and more. I was very, very pleased with the services provided by this wonderful young woman.

I asked that the concentration be on the three bathrooms and the Kitchen. And then I went to check in on them and the Diningroom windows were being cleaned! They were Excellent workers and did all and more that I wanted. They will be returning I am sure! Thank you

Two professionals turned up and made a fantastic job of totally cleaning my house before the holidays. Thorough cleaning and pleasant attitudes.

Not impressed. I hate cleaning when you move, I've done it enough times in my life and I find it really gross to know how other people kept house before I move into a place. So I usually wipe down and bleach most everything possible when I move into a place. The two ladies who came were polite but they ended up coming twice because the first cleaning was just not satisfactory, both times they were late. They did the basics like clean the floors, toilets, sinks wipe out the cabinets and wipe down the windows, but I still saw dirt in corners and baseboards. The grout was still filthy in the kitchen The second time they really got the floors clean after my mother-in-law instructed them as to what they were missing. I feel like you have to be VERY specific about what you want cleaned and how clean you want it. I am now fully aware that I mean THOROUGHLY clean when I clean something, and they were my first experience paying someone else to clean. Maybe we would've all been happier if I had communicated that to them more specifically but as for this experience, they didn't really meet my expectations. I'm sure they would be better for someone else.

I bought this service as a 2015 Mother's Day gift for my Mom. The certificate had a six month expiration, however, Angelina was very accommodating in extending the service period and in scheduling. While I haven't seen the finished product (clean house), my mother could not stop raving about the service. We've hired other cleaning services in the past (not through A.L.) and Mom's review was typically that she could have done the same job herself. Mom was extremely impressed by the work ethic, the professionalism, the thoroughness of the work saying the cleaner didn't stop unless my mother was asking questions. She said that her house "feels" clean. High praise from her!

I needed to get the house cleaned asap before the Holidays. It is only 6 years old but with 3 kids, things like dusting and that extra scrubbing was lacking. They sent 2 ladies for 4 hours instead of the 1 girl for 8. It was a busy week for them already. They came a little late because of traffic and I'm out in the sticks, so I was fine with that. They came in and got straight to work. Friendly and professional. They scrubbed the bathrooms toilets, showers and all floors including hardwood like they were knew again! Dusted all the ceiling fans. Wiped the trim, cleaned windows, picked up the kids toy room, pulled couches out and vacuumed, cleaned the oven and kitchen cabinets and I mean they didn't stop for over 3 hrs straight! My house is 1 story 2000sqft ranch with 9 ft ceilings. I was a little worried about the task at hand cause I know how difficult it is for us to stay on top of it. They did a great job and Angelina kept great communication. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends. I will prob have this service done every few months now. What a great feeling having a clean house!

The two girls that came did a very nice job. We have a relatively clean house but it tends to get very dusty. The girls thoroughly cleaned 3 floors in 4 hours (3 bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half bathrooms, kitchen, great room, sitting room, dining room, finished basement). They did an especially nice job with the dusting and the master bathroom (we have hard water, so the shower door gets a film on it that is difficult to remove). I plan on having them back in the future.
