Sparkling Cleaning Services LLC

I used this service for 3 years. They were mediocre at best. But I let it go since I just wanted a clean house and not overly picky. Examples include, scratched mirror, dirty rags left all around the house, new sheets put on top of old/dirty sheets, brooms left out and furniture not put back. They’re also consistently late with no apologies, every time you bring something up you get an excuse. The final straw was yesterday, it was 2 new ppl, took them 3.5 hours to do my 4b/4b house. We have a set monthly rate. Angelina texts me after they left that it will cost $80 more since they took longer. How is that my problem? The house was not messier than usual, in fact I didn’t have them do a room bc I was using it. What’s the point of a set rate if you then will get charged hourly? I am done and would not recommend.

I would not hire this service...very disappointing

Very happy with the house cleaning services provided. I would definitely hire again because Di did a wonderful job and worked very hard. They (Angelina and Di) are true professionals.

Great service, space was definitely clean and concerned areas were addressed. Highly recommend!!

It did not go well. I asked for 2 people to clean the home for 2 hours which is a thousand square foot. They did not clean the bathroom, they did not do the kitchen sink. They did not clean the balcony and what they did was just vacuumed the floor and clean the refrigerator. They are asking for $200 and I only give $100 because the service was not good.

Carla did a fabulous job every nook and cranny of my house was spotless! Sparkling certainly lives up to its name what a pleasure. I will definitely use their services again and would recommend them wholeheartedly!

I was very impressed with the skill and diligence of Ge who was sent to my home. Friendly, efficient. Got a lot done for my money. I will use them again for sure !

The lady who arrived to do a deep cleaning for my bathroom; did an amazing job! I’m definitely hiring for more services to be completed in the near future. I highly recommend, please always get clarification in regards to hours and cost prior to hiring. Apparently, it’s a 3hr at minimum ($50 per hour) so, if the person cleaning your selected location takes less than 3hrs it’s expected of the customer to pay for 3hrs ($150) this wasn’t communicated to me. However, because I was 100% pleased by the services provided I will be hiring for more services again.

My entire family, little kids and all, spent a week at my house. I called Sparkling Cleaning Services to help with the aftermath. They did a great job and I passed on the number to my mom who also hired them for a job and was satisfied. Both my mom and I are SHORT NOTICE people and Sparkling Cleaning was very accommodating.

Owner contacted me and came to do the walk through within a few hours of my message. She asked clarifying questions to insure the cleaning would meet my needs and provided some cost saving suggestions. Cleaning ladies were prompt and did an amazing job in the estimated amount of time.

Angelina's 2 women showed up on time and quickly cleaned my large home with an adjoining apartment. They are thorough and careful. They cleaned everything including window sills and windows. I've hired them numerous times now! They took 3 to 4 hours each time.

It went very well. I contacted the company in the morning and the owner came out in the afternoon. Her price was reasonable and I set-up an appointment for the following week. The young lady she sent was very good; pleasant and really efficient. I am now booked into a regular schedule.

Absolutely wonderful. The young lady did more in four hours than I could have done in four years. Fast, efficient, left the place spotless. Would definitely use again.

The cleaning went on well, however it could have been a bit faster. Between the two ladies who came for cleaning, they were good however they did not speak any English so it was difficult to communicate any changes to them. I will definitely try another time with them.
