They do a thorough job of the cleaning. Any company can do the cleaning. What keeps me there is the fact that the owner Angelina, communicates with me. She is flexible. I have had children who was sick. She did not hold me up with cancelling. She is very flexible with me. I am new to Connecticut. What I understand its not super cheap, not expensive. They do an excellent job. They even show up when they are not suppose too. I used other services, and they come in and do their job, and leave.

95% happy with the WORK done. Didn't clean behind bathroom door, a few missed spots when dusting. Bathroom floor needed scrubbing in a few spots, not merely wiping. We are both disabled and need someone to get the spots we cant. Cleaners did not speak or understand ANY english. Changed arrival time several times, which wasn't a problem but arrived 30 min late and left 30 min early ( = 2 hours lost!). Will try a different company next time

Angelina was very responsive, and the cleaning lady did a great job. Very pleased. Decided to continue with biweekly cleaning.

Not bad although they are not perfect. Call them to find a better rate.

I like Sparkling Cleaning. It was $215 and I gave each of the women a tip. They were on time. They do deep cleaning. They are absolutely wonderful, they’re very quick and they got a large house cleaned within 4 hours. In the Spring, we will probably use them again. The workers were no-nonsense, very professional, just got the job done, pleasant. They did everything down to the inside of the windows, everything I asked them.

They did a fine job and Angelina was a pleasure to deal with. She always answered my emails promptly and was very nice and professional. I had to reschedule quite a few times and she was always kind and accommodating. The price was extremely reasonable too.

I have used them several times now and they always do a great job!

It was the second time I purchased that and the first time was awesome, this most recent time was not so good. They did a very minimal job, they just sort of went through the motions you know I mean she was getting one other houses ready for sale and they didn't do a very thorough job.

The work that was completed was absolutely gorgeous but we didn't get to my "focus" areas and neither of the individuals completing the work spoke enough English for me to communicate with effectively and we had to call a supervisor. They were cleaning a porch for me when I really wanted my second bathroom to get attention as well as the upstairs bedrooms. I will say that the work was impeccable that was completed and I will hire them again!

The $129 was for one girl for four hours or two girls for two hours. The girl got a little lost and had traffic but she tried and this was her first time coming. Some of the girls are Hispanic and don't speak a lot of English, but their work is excellent.

They came in a very short notice. I talked to her at 1pm and they were here by 3:30 PM They were great, friendly and kind. They went above and beyond what I asked them to do. They were very thorough with cleaning. I will use them again.

The women that showed up, I don't think she did a very good job in the bathrooms. I pointed out the bathrooms that bathrooms were really the two things that I wanted done. She went around and did like a general cleaning around the house and kind of just didn't do a heck of a lot in the bathrooms. I was hoping she spent more time in the bathrooms, but I guess they have to budget their hours that they're here. The price was good, that's why I bought it. They were responsive. She was here when she was supposed to be here. We don't have a regular housecleaning service and I don't think we're going to use regular housecleaning service, but I wouldn't use them again.

I thought Sparkling Cleaning Services LLC did a good job. In fact, I signed up to use their service regularly.

Angelina is wonderful to work with. Very responsive, flexible, and reasonable. We had them do a move-in clean and the house looked amazing afterwards and we couldn't be happier. The cleaners locked up behind them as instructed.

Very well. The owner called me to discuss expectations and ask specific questions. I have had the same cleaning person for over 20 years. She cared and cleaned my home like it was her own. I gave this service an overall of B but it is more like B+ only because I am comparing it to what I had before. I have hired other services after my cleaning person retired and I was not satisfied. I am happy with Sparkle Cleaning and will use them again.

the work was adequate, not sparkling, and there was not enough time to finish. Was supposed to be one person for 8 hours, but instead was 2 people for 4 hours . Neither person spoke a word of English and I do not speak Portuguese so communicating was VERY difficult. Head woman seemed annoyed the whole time. At the very end when time was up, she called the office and they explained to me the situation on her cell phone. Would have been much better if they had coordinated our communication from the beginning.

The ladies arrived on time, and were very courteous and professional. They left the house spotless, and finished right on time.

It went fine. The day I moved out, I wanted to leave the house cleaned thoroughly for the new owners. I did not do a walk through to see if they did a good job. They were on sight when I was there and they actively cleaned so I suppose they are a good company.

They were slow. Used very basic and cheap products to clean. It was an empty house still cleaning took 2 ladies 2 hours. This is a standard raised ranch with 3 bedrooms, living room, family room- cleant and swept completely. I had called them to make sure the oder in the house, which was closed for 3 weeks, is removed. I had asked to wipe part of the wooden wall with mild shampoo. They were very hesitant and told it will take more than the time required. then I had display myself, One lady took 1 hour to clean small bathroom 5 * 8 in length.

I purchased the package in the beginning of July. Angelina was very patient with me as I had a hard time nailing down a date for the actual service. I had to reschedule a few times. We finally scheduled a date in August. Her girls showed up on time and got busy right away. They worked hard and got through everything that I had spoken with Angelina about, except the kitchen ceiling fans and the lights above the stove. However, they did a great job on everything else! I would use them again.

The service technician was very sweet but had broken English and did understand my instructions well. No harm done? but due to this the technician mopped my wood floors which had just been recently waxed. I only wanted some mopping in the kitchen. I would say the tech was a surface cleaner. The tech brought her mop, bucket and vacuum, then used my towels, paper towels and cleaners. I would have preferred the tech used my mop too. Bathroom-The tech had sprayed the tub with cleaner, then rinsed it I think. I saw the marks where the cleaner had been sprayed and I thought I shouldn?t be looking at streaks, so I washed the tub again. The tiles in the shower and around the bathroom walls were very clean. The commode, countertop and floor was very clean. The wood cabinet however was not wiped down at all, or at least it appeared that way. I would give this a C+. Bedrooms-The tech made the beds in two rooms. I didn?t feel like the tech did a great job, but a good one. I think the tech surfaced dusted. I had to dust the bottom shelf of the end tables and pieces on my vanity. The floor look good. I would give this a B-. Kitchen-Floor looked great. Counter was definitely surfaced cleaned. Microwave inside and outside cleaned; but not under or behind the unit. Bread crumbs were cleared from toaster, but not between the cutting board it sat on or between the cutting board and the wall. Dishes were washed but sinks were not thoroughly cleaned. The counter jars were quickly wiped as I had to redo them as well. All the garbage in the house was placed in a garbage bag (mine) and set in the kitchen for me. I would give this a B. Living Room-vacuumed the large area rug, but not the small rug right by the large rug. No dusting was done at all. I asked the tech to not mop the wood floor. I would rate this a C+ I was looking for a more thorough cleaning. I think the technician may have felt pressured to get everything done in the three hours. I also feel I would have benefitted from having two service technicians as opposed to one. You know they can keep an eye on each other that way, in case something is overlooked. Also perhaps one could understand my speech better and assist the other. As a note, I do not have any problem having someone who has broken English. I think it would have been better if I was notified, I would have been more attentive. ALL in all? it was an okay experience.
