Description of Work: I had purchased a special deal for them to clean my house after I had moved out. I had no idea this typically cost more, but they honored the agreement. An employee came and did the job. I had already moved, but my neighbor locked up afterwards and reported the house looked great, was clean and ready to put on the market. I cannot say how much I appreciated the owner's honorable business practices.

Description of Work: I have always cleaned my own house but I decided to try this offer because it was $99 for 4 hours of cleaning. I wanted them to focus on the bathrooms (4) and on the floors (hardwood in living areas and carpet in bedrooms). The woman who came was named Susan. She arrived on time and worked diligently for the 4 hours she was here. She did a great job. I just purchased their updated offer for 5 hours of cleaning for $149 and I would definitely consider contracting with them for regular cleaning services once I know how much it will cost.

Description of Work: They don't supply any cleaning supplies, the lady who came to clean the house she didn't know what to do. Was on her phone for at least half an hour during the cleaning time and she lift half an hour earlier . I was so unhappy . I called the owner and she offer me to send her back but I refused .

Description of Work: Spent 4hours and not really beyond the first floor. She seemed to try to remove the contents of the vacume bag than rather than replace with a new bag that I provided. Suspect there was a language issue. My last home cleaner acomplishished much more this time.

Description of Work: Incomplete job, i.e. half-assed bathrooms, barely or no floors cleaned, stopped up bathroom sink that never happened before; no sweep or wash of kitchen/bathfloors; little vacuuming, little dusting ; waste of 4 hours doing little here and there. Description of Work: The cleaner arrived at the prescheduled time. She went right to work and kept on working. When she finished with the the tasks that I had requested to be done, she asked me what else she could do for me. The cleaner was responsive to my requests and took the initiative in doing housecleaning.
