I'm sorry that we got to this point. These are all the facts: On January 3rd, we provided 4 hours of cleaning services, purchased through Angie's list Big Deal and after that I got a text message from you saying how happy you were, how clean your place looked, etc., and that you wanted to hire our services again for a cleaning on a weekly/biweekly, regular basis. On January 24th, per your request, we scheduled a cleaning and you text me again saying that the key was under the mat and that there would be a check on the counter to pay for that day. There was no check on the counter, but we proceeded and provided the services anyway, trusting that you would pay for it after. On January 26, over the phone you asked me how you should pay for the cleaning and again and stated how happy you were with the service. I told you could pay it through Paypal and that I would send you an invoice. Invoice was sent on January 26 and we received no payment. On February 11, I sent a text message as a friendly reminder of your payment. Still, no payment then either. After a few friendly reminders through text messages and no answer from you as well as no payment either, you posted this review which does not represent what happened. My customers here at Angie's List know we are a reliable, professional and hard-working people who deserve to be paid for our services. We treat each of our customers with the service and do all that we can for them.
