Description of Work: I would recommend Sparkling Cleaning Services, LLC to ANYONE! They did such a fantastic job, I couldn't begin to explain how thrilled we are with their service. It is the type of clean only a professional can achieve.

Description of Work: The "deal" they offered was for whole house cleaning including oven and refrigerator. Because of clutter and since I had not had a professional cleaning for three months, I asked them to clean three rooms and two bathrooms. For the most part, the cleaning was ok. However, the halls remained untouched. I did not require them to clean the refrigerator or the stove. After four hours, the person they sent had to call to authorize an extra hour to clean the second bathroom. I later noticed that they were offering a four hour service for $114. For the price they charged, I would have expected at least a two person team, rather sending in a single person. | |It was unclear if they contract out the cleaning to individuals (and take a finder fee) or they have individuals working directly for them. It seems like the former. I feel that, although I did not avail myself of the full offer, they tried to provide an inferior service by limiting the time the cleaner would spend on the job. Had they cleaned out the oven and refrigerator, it would have added an extra 1-2 hours. In effect, they expected me to pay $68 per hour (assuming the original 4 hours)or the actual cost of $58 per hour, an outrageous cost for the work. Even if they would have spent eight hours on the job, they would have charged $34 per hour, still on the high side. I gave them a D over rating, rather than an F rating, since they did a reasonable job for the word they did. | |I believe they over charge for the work provided and attempt to limit the time spent. I was considering using this service on a biweekly basis, but told they would charge in excess of $150 for the same limited work. I would never consider using them, nor can I recommend them since they overcharge and limit the time the cleaner will spend on the job.

Description of Work: They were quite delayed because of weather or traffic, but did a great job once they arrived. 3 hours for 2 people - a bit expensive, but a thorough clean including refrigerator and oven.

Description of Work: The 2 ladies arrived on time and went right to work. They followed the instructions I gave them and worked hard. The house looked shiny when they left.

Description of Work: As usual, Angelina was very responsive and a joy to work with. Due to surgery, I had to change the date several times, and she handled it all very well. The work done by Sarah was incredible. She paid attention to details, was very pleasant, and all in all it was a great experience.

Description of Work: Although there was a lack of appointment confirmation & the cleaner arrived with only 4 hours notice (fortunately I called that morning). Claudia went right to work and worked nonstop for 4 hours doing an amazing job of cleaning and straightening. Would recommend Sparkling and would use again.

Description of Work: Cleaned entire house top to bottom. Spent extra time making sure house was clean. No additional charges for the extra time, Hard workers.

Description of Work: The service was wonderful and results sparkling.....I gave a general idea of what needed to be done per room, she filled in the blanks and the services exceeded my expectations. The staff was very nice and worked constantantly I felt I got my money's worth.The staff was very experienced and she obviously knew what she was doing.

Description of Work: The cleaning woman came to my granparents house, scrubbed the floors, wood work, and cleaned the bathroom. She did a wonderful job and worked hard the entire 4 hours. We would defineatly hire them again!

Description of Work: Scheduling the time with manager Angelina was very easy and she was very responsive. She even called the night before to confirm our appointment. The cleaner who came to my house was very professional and thorough. While I did provide the majority of supplies, she did have a few of her own that she willingly used, even when I offered to buy the missing supplies at a nearby store. She brought her own heavy-duty vacuum as well. I felt at ease enough to leave for much of the 4-hour block and when I returned, she was finishing up. She went above and beyond what I was expecting in the way she tidied up my son's room. Very nice lady and very thorough. My house looks and smells great! Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: The work done was done well. Only one person worked and the cost is a bit high per person. She was respectful and thorough but couldn't conplete the whole house alone. I would have like more than one person at this "discounted" price.
