Description of Work: Overall, I was pleased. Provider was late but so was I. I needed to give the providers some direction as far as what housecleaning needed to be done. Provider spoke English as second language and sometimes impacted our communication. Providers very pleasant.

Description of Work: I wanted a deep cleaning done and before I hired this firm I wrote to them with specific questions: would they wash inside and outside windows as long as they were replacement windows that could be cleaned from the inside? Would they wipe down walls, window wells, and baseboards? They stated in their description that they cleaned both inside and outside of the refrigerator and stove. I asked if they washed the floor and was told yes to all of the above. The advertisement stated eight hours of work for $279. |Two women arrived and stayed three hours. They did not clean the inside of the stove or refrigerator. They did not wash any windows or window wells and they did not wipe down walls and only did some of the baseboards. They did do a wonderful job on the bathroom tiles! |I called and expressed my disappointment and the two women were sent back out for an additional hour. They did not speak English, but did have smart phones that translated. They did clean the inside of the refrigerator, but my son and I had already started on the windows so they did not do them. |I must say that the response to my call was rapid, but the results were not what I expected for a deep cleaning especially at that price. I would not use them again, but I am one person and I would encourage you to give them a try and make up your own mind.

Description of Work: I spoke to Angela, the owner, and told her I needed a complete basic cleaning. I told her this was a very bad area and I needed a basic cleaning. The two women who came spoke no English, so I had no way of communicating with them. They did an OK job, but my husband had to go over the floor of one of the bathrooms, and we felt it was not worth what we paid for.
