Showed up on time and did a great job.

Angelina responded promptly to my request or housecleaning. She was able to send a cleaning lady on the day and time I requested. Cleaning person was capable and hardworking. Work completed was highly satisfactory. I would use them again.

Overall this service was a disappointment. On first contact with office to discuss scheduling for next week, I was told I'd be called the next day (Friday) to confirm the appt. Did not hear back for a week so date confirmed was 2 weeks after purchase. Not a huge deal but not what I expected. I'm a single retiree with a 4 bedroom colonial; smaller than average and 20% smaller than the house size permitted on the Angie's list offering for the fixed rate. Confirmed for Friday pre-Easter at 9:00; cleaner was 20 minutes late (again, not a big deal) but upon arrival cleaner asked if she could invite her son in from her car because he didn't have school that day. I agreed, but thought that a bit unprofessional not having the office indicate that would be happening. Son was pretty well behaved, so I mention it (as I will explain later) because I think it impacted her services. I was satisfied with the cleaning of the first floor of the house. One small ding in that she didn't pivot the couches to clean behind them; one corner of the den had a few dust bunnies on the wall and a dead wasp behind it after cleaning. But she did a nice job on the appliances so overall I was pleased when she headed for the 2nd floor. At that time she woke her son from a nap and took him with her upstairs. Thereafter, for about 2 hours there were on-going dialogue between the two in an instructional type tone. I don't speak Spanish but my sense was the some wanted to go outside and do things on his day off; she was explain that wasn't going to happen. Being single most of the bedrooms are only used once a month by guests and were swept and dusted fine. My biggest issue though was in cleaning the master bathroom, which was poorly cleaned -- I'd rate it an "F." Bathroom is tiled on the floor and up 50% of the wall. Neither was mopped and I could still see a few splash marks on the wall having mixed some metamucil the previous night. Waste basket wasn't emptied and under the basket there was still a little rust stain underneath which cleaned up easily when I cleaned it. Shower stall was partially cleaned but not vigorously. There were still some scum stains on the floor of the stall, and none of the glass enclosure had been cleaned to remove the lime buildup, etc. Pedestal on the sink wasn't cleaned at the base where accumulated dust had accumulated and there was still some accumulated grime in the sink itself. It was remnants of having used a enzyme powder earlier that week to improve water drainage. I ran the hot water and took a tooth brush to it and it was gone in a minute or two. There were a few things in the master bedroom not cleaned well, but suffice to say that my impression is that the cleaner simply wanted to get he son home and didn't do a thorough job at the end. Total work time just under six hours -- 9:20 to 3:00. I actuall gave the cleaner a tip as she left based on my observation of the first floor. That was a mistake given what I saw upstairs in the master bedroom and especially the master bathroom. At this point I think I will contract with someone to come in monthly and do continued cleaning but it won't be this company and at least I now know what to look for on an on-going basis. For the record I did not call the office to complain and ask for a followup visit. On services like this my attitude is just to go elsewhere until you find somebody you like.

This was an Angie's Big Deal. It was for 4 hours of deep cleaning. The provider did outstanding job!! My wife and I were very pleased!

When I spoke to Angelina (the owner) ahead of time, she asked for a brief overview of what I wanted done and if I would be willing to pay for extra time if her cleaner deemed it necessary. I didn't think they would have any incentive to finish in a timely manner if I agreed and said I would think about it and let her know. I asked if she could provide me with a list of cleaning supplies that she would need. She gave me no list but said whatever I normally use should be fine. I was not informed that the person doing the cleaning would not speak English so we could not communicate anything to her on the day of the cleaning. Had I known that, I would have given Angelina much more specific instructions. The woman that came to do the cleaning was on the phone for the first two hours. My husband received a call from Angelina asking if he wanted to pay for extra time and he declined stating that we really just wanted the floors and cobwebs around the light fixtures taken care of and that it appeared she would be able to do that in the four hours. After the cleaning woman left and my bathroom and kitchen floors had dried, there was a thick white residue all over them mostly visible in the grout. I contacted Angelina, and informed her of the condition of my floors and that her employee was on the phone for the first two hours of the cleaning. She immediately became defensive and argumentative, shouting that the girl she sent out had been on the phone with her, that she was not on the phone for two hours and that the girl said there was no way that she could clean my whole house in four hours (which was never our intentions). I told her I wasn?t going to argue about her employee being on the phone, when she, Angelina was not there, that I called about my floors and did not think it was right that I paid to have them cleaned and would now have to clean them myself. Angelina then proceeded to argue about the fact that the girl could not have been on the phone for two hours. I restated that I was calling about my floors and asked what she was going to do about the residue. She said she would contact the lady to see what was used on the floors and would call back. Angelina called back again yelling, that ?her girl was on her hands and knees cleaning my floor and was not on the phone for 2 hours.? I asked about the floors and what she was willing to do about the white residue. She said she?d come to my house to see the aftermath with the cleaner at a later date of my choosing and give another half hour to rewash them. My husband and I gave Angelina a date that worked for us and she said she would contact her girl and let us know. We had to call her again the next day to confirm. She insisted on an early start so it wouldn?t effect other possible cleanings for that day so we agreed to 9am. After waiting a half-hour after the appointment and still no sign of the cleaner and Angelina, my husband called Angelina. She stated that it was her fault that she forgot about the appointment and that the cleaner would arrive at 10:30am. An hour and a half after she should have been there. I thought this was unacceptable, she forgot, did not contact us and is wasting more of our time and isn't even going to show up herself, when she was the one that insisted she would be there. I called Angelina and asked if she was coming with the cleaner, for one, to see what had happened and for two, to communicate between her employee and me. She then proceeded to scream at me saying she was going on vacation and had doctor?s appointments and a bunch of other nonsense that had nothing to do with the service she had promised to provide and of which I had purchased and already paid for in full. I said that none of this was relevant and that this is not how you treat customers to which she hung up on me. I immediately decided to contact Angie?s List when she called back and I did not pick up. After hanging up with Angie?s List, I saw the cleaning woman by herself, walking up to my driveway. She was on the phone, stopped as she approached the driveway and went back to her car. I assumed she was just going to leave. Another 15-20 minutes later, someone is OPENING THE FRONT DOOR AND WALKING INTO MY HOUSE. My husband is in the kitchen (mopping) saying ?you are not welcome, please leave.? Angelina, THE OWNER proceeds to OPEN MY FRONT DOOR AND PEAK HER HEAD INTO MY HOME. I walk up to her stunned and ask what she thinks she is doing. I inform her that I contacted Angie?s List and that I wanted nothing more from her and that my husband decided to clean the floor himself since it could have been done four times over during all the time spent waiting for them. I told her all I wanted was a refund. Knowing that I contacted Angie?s List she was suddenly apologetic and capable of having a conversation. She asked if she could come in and see the floor. I was gracious enough to let her in, even though she let her self in, and showed her where my husband did not mop yet. There was so much residue, Angelina actually said that my grout was white, when it is actually dark brown. She asked if we wanted them to clean it again and I said absolutely not, my husband has been cleaning it this whole time you have been standing in my kitchen telling me how you made such a mistake in how you treated us. How you?ve just been ?off? the past few weeks and have never had anything like this happen before. Not. Our. Concern. I asked how the refund would be handled and she said going through Angie?s List as I did already and that she would issue the refund. Now I, and Angie's List can see the Angelina I came to know, (who responded to the original complaint that an Angie?s List employee typed up for me,) calling me a liar, being offensive and saying my floors were clean all in the same sentence as it was a pleasure meeting you. I don?t know what kind of family you come from but we don?t swear at our family. The only one lying here is you. You had no business WALKING into my house. I was gracious enough to allow you in and have a conversation with you but I had already made up my mind that I was done doing business with you due to the way you treated my husband and I over the past few weeks. Which I stated prior to you walking yourself into my home. You are something else Angelina. Here are some words of wisdom, NEVER WALK INTO SOMEONE ELSE?S HOME. EVER. GOODBYE AND GOOD RIDDANCE.

We were impressed by their flexible scheduling and they did a great job. One challenge was the two cleaners were not fluent in English. Communication was sometimes a challenge.

The 2 woman cleaned 3 bathrooms thoroughly and a large kitchen as well as 5 bedrooms and living room and dining room. The wipe down all cupboards in the kitchen and all floor boards through out the house as well as vacuumed, mopped and dusted every room.

The cleaning was OK... The final results weren't immaculate but were still done well. I was disappointed that there was only one person sent to clean a 3000+ sq ft home. She cleaned and wiped down surfaces well. Wasn't bad but I wasn't blown away either. I will probably try them again and request more people in the future.

They were acceptable. I had them do some additional hours worth of work. I did discuss it with the owner beforehand and it was a mutually agreed upon price.

The gal was prompt and she did a good job given the amount of time.

Two people were supposed to come, one came and we were moving so we had odds and ends left around and she looked at it, she went to her car to get cleaning supplies and her supervisor got on the phone and said no way in hell one of his workers was going to do anything and that was it, so she left. She wasn’t rude but I think she was just overwhelmed and that is why we wanted two people for four hours. It wasn’t that there was a whole lot of cleaning to do. There were some odds and ends that needed to be picked but we are talking like a piece of clothing, or a box or a bag like that and vacuum it. They didn’t even do it and that is why we asked for a refund on that one as well. I called the supervisor of the young man that was rude and he said it is small job and we don’t need it. He says, we don’t want your business and anyways you are not going to use us again and I am thinking when did I use you the first time.

I highly recommend this cleaning company. I have already had them back for a second visit and will call shortly for a third. The cleaning woman we were assigned was on time, highly efficient and really exceeded our expectations. She was friendly and made sure not to leave any area untouched. She moved very quickly from room to room but made sure to really do a deep dive into the kitchen.

They spent 4 hours in my kitchen and they made it sparkle.

I wasn't thrilled with the service. She did a good job and had a very pleasant personality, but we've used different maid services in the past and I've seen better results. I'm not sure if I would recommend her for regular cleanings or not. It was a trustworthy decent service, but I have high standards and it fell just short.

They did a really nice job with the cleaning and were accommodating with scheduling and were professional. They were about two hours late for the service. When we hired them again, they were late as well.

-on time, great job! -moderately efficient as our apartment started off quite clean but the person who came was only able to cover 2.5 bathrooms, the kitchen and a few floors in 4 hours. -very professional employee who even apologized for being 2 minutes late!

I was not here when they did the service, my friend was and she said it was great. Our house had been painted so they cleaned up the dust and everything from moving everything around.

The woman who cleaned worked steadily and efficiently the entire time she was here accomplishing more than I anticipated in the time allowed

Deal was 4 hours cleaning service She did not clean either bedroom. Did good job on kitchen, bathroom and living room but did not touch either bedroom.Apartment is approx 500 square feet so in four hours bedrooms should have been done.

The person who did the cleaning did a fine job. But I was not entirely sure that it was worth the money I paid. The price was pretty high for an hourly rate. I don’t have any complaint about the work she did. They provided a flat rate for whole house cleaning. There was another option of four hours of cleaning for $150. She did the whole cleaning in four hours. It was like I spent an extra $100. I might use them but look at it from a different price point.

The Sparkling employee did a thorough a job and took into account specific requests, such as pacing herself to clean all areas within the four-hour time frame. I would definitely have her clean here again. Angelina, the contact with whom I set up the service, was responsive, despite it being peak holiday time. I appreciated that she managed, on short notice, to assign someone for just before New Year's Eve, and she was very concerned about making sure all things went smoothly.

It went okay. I was expecting a little more involved. When they said, “deep clean,” I had a vision of windows and blinds and bunch of stuffs but that was not definitely they were talking about. I did call and talked to the company. The person who came over did a good job. It was explained to me what the deal was. I had one perception and apparently I was wrong but that’s all right. They did a good job. I was able to schedule. I purchased the big deal and I didn’t use it until December. They don’t have a problem doing that. They were very accommodating. I had no problem with them. They stayed in the purchased price. I was somewhat disappointed with what I expected and what I ended up getting. I would have caught for that kind of money and they were to send me a couple of people over and done much more thorough job. From what I understand, Sparkling Cleaning sent one girl over and they also scheduled her for another cleaning that day. She had to get through with me and get over to another cleaning. She had a timetable that she had to follow too. I was disappointed for the amount of money that they charged. The quality was good. She did what she was supposed to do. The house was basically clean. It wasn’t a deep clean or to what I would call spring-cleaning or a real thorough cleaning. It was a basic cleaning job. They were very good with responsiveness. I had no problem with that. I would use them again in the future. However, I would call and make sure we both understood what I was getting.

Service provider was timely and cleaned well. My feedback would be that I prefer the provider to have a company uniform or name tag to easily identify that the person performing the service is associated with the company. There wasn't an introduction when I answered the door so that was a bit awkward. The owner was great over the phone and responded to my messaged questions immediately. She was professional and friendly.

Priscilla did a wonderful job and was eager to please. She was at my house for 8 hours and requested for me to have a walk through before leaving my house. She was professional and very thorough.
